RR Financial provides outstanding service from start to finish. They are professional, responsive,…read moreand incredibly knowledgeable about individual tax filings. Every question I had was answered clearly and promptly, and they take the time to explain deductions, credits, and filing options in a way that was easy to understand. What stands out is their attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. They carefully reviewed all documentation, ensured compliance with current tax laws, and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I felt confident that my return was prepared thoroughly and submitted correctly. We have used their services for both business and individual accounting. Their efficiency, integrity, and client-centered approach truly set them apart. I highly recommend this team to anyone seeking reliable, expert assistance with completing annual tax returns.

The first year I had Roger do my taxes, the experience was incredible. I came out owing a lot less…read morethan I thought I would. Everyone in the office was extremely nice. Roger took his time to sit down and explain everything to me in detail. The second year, however, was not the same. I sent in my paperwork for my taxes. I had to keep calling to see when it was ready. It took quite awhile. While I know it was a very busy time, keeping me informed would have been helpful. I was finally told they were ready to sign and pickup so I set up an appointment. When I went in, they said I just needed to sign and then pay them their money. I wanted to speak to Roger but they asked me what it was about and when I told them, they said that would be a financial matter and I would need another appointment and to pay for that. What!!! I'm in there about my taxes and have questions regarding it and future taxes but I can't see Roger about that without incurring additional fees? It was very upsetting to be treated like that as a client. I won't be going back there. He charged almost $200 to do a simple return when I could have went to AARP's tax sites and gotten it done for free. It wasn't that complicated. I wont be back again to RR Financial and I do not recommend them.

I had a very frustrating experience working with Ben as my accountant…read more I was not clearly informed that missing the October tax deadline would result in significant penalties, which left me facing an unexpected fine of over $7,000. In my experience, important deadlines and consequences were not communicated upfront, despite me relying on him for guidance. There was also an error on my 2024 tax return that led to a $300 IRS bill, which I provided to him when he prepared my 2025 taxes. Unfortunately, that issue was not addressed and has since gone into collections. Communication has been a major issue throughout. Emails often take three to four weeks for a response, and phone calls are rarely returned. I've also followed up multiple times regarding an email he said he would send to the IRS, but it was never completed despite repeated confirmation that it would be handled. Additionally, I was placed on an automatic IRS withdrawal plan that I did not knowingly authorize, and when I asked for clarification, I was told to look it up myself online rather than receiving assistance or resolution. Overall, I did not feel supported or properly informed, and the lack of responsiveness made an already stressful situation much worse. Based on my experience, I would not recommend his services
