One of the things I really liked about JobStars is Doug took the time to connect personally and understand what was important to me and what would get attention from an employer. I felt like Doug showed lots of interest by asking clarifying questions, and he was genuinely interested in helping to address my unique concerns. After our initial conversations, Doug sent me a really nice draft of my resume, with professional formatting and messaging. From there, we worked together via e-mail to make revisions and refine the draft until I felt it was "ready" to use in my job search. Also, I got a corresponding cover letter and thank you letter which provides a nice professional touch when applying for positions.
