No espresso, no fresh drip. There was a vending machine with a single cliff bar and an out of order sign. There weren't many people when I was there so it did not have any type of social vibe at all. Also the location is great for parking but there's nothing in walking distance so you'll have to drive to get coffee or lunch. I may go back since they have a daily drop in rate but frankly I'd rather work from a coffee shop where at least I can pay to have good coffee during the day.

I love that you can get a regular office and access at all hours, or you can join as a limited member that doesn't have a set space or need to pay to be there full-time. The office address and reception services also seem useful for some businesses. Looking forward to visiting Thinkspace again!

Seriously? Add to that, no clear guidance upon arrival to meeting space. My attendees couldn't figure out where to enter the building, nor where to go once in the "back" front door. Then after finding their way to the reception area, were informed the meeting space was back down on the first floor. So all my attendees arrive to the meeting stressed and annoyed. Was the meeting room nice, yes. Were all the features in the room good, yes. But that won't make up for setting the attendees on edge in the arrival process.

Dirty space, failing electrical, and five months of empty promises on my deposit…read more I rented an office at Meadow Creek for about 8 months and regret it. The location looked promising, but the office floor was filthy -- I had to cover it with my own carpet. The electrical was failing: lamps flickered or cut out when I plugged in a kettle. It got very cold in winter because the heating couldn't keep up. There was also a break-in on the second floor that left several offices ransacked. Worst of all, the owners have been promising to return my deposit of over $700 since January. Every time I follow up they either ignore me or say they'll "look into it." Five months on, still nothing. The deposit dispute is now headed to small claims court.

WARNING! Do not sign up for a Regus membership. Like many other reviews I've seen at their other…read morelocations, Regus will charge members for add-on items like printing, coffee, etc. Even if you don't use these items, they're hoping members don't notice the charges. I had to correct them on several different billing cycles and they said they were 'accidents'. After notifying Regus of these charges, I was still not provided a refund for over 90-days and having to remind them repeatedly. They were hoping, again, that I would not notice the charges or forget about the refund. There are other options for flex office spaces in the area, don't use Regus.

Corporate responses are canned and unhelpful. Watch for the mandatory "restoration fee" in the House Rules. It went WAY up and I was charged nearly $4k in fees. I would not mind paying it if the offices were in new condition when we moved in. The 5 offices I moved into were NOT restored. They were dirty and had picture holes in the walls, unclean carpets, old blinds, dusty. We had to clean them. Find a better company to give your money to.

These are things that should be highlighted during the walk through process. When I moved in, I could clearly tell I had an irrigation system because they walked me over to the irrigation system unit inside the garage. However, no one told me that there were no zones in the main part of the back yard. Really? Why plant grass back there? Someone should have highlighted that. All of the other new construction units beside me do not have zones in the backyard as well (just the front). In addition to this and possibly the worst part/ surprise was that no one informed me to check the settings on the irrigation system unit. Since it was new construction and they had just laid sod, they had those sprinklers set to go off for 2 hours every morning prior to my waking. I had NO idea at all. I found out after I had personally used 44,000 gallons of water and owed $800.00 for the month. CRAZY! When I called ACH and JWB (the contracting company), no one was able to assist to either matter and I was told I had to take care of it on my own. Horrible customer service. When I asked to speak to someone higher, I was told he was too busy and that I could not speak with him by a lady named Jessica. Come to find out, American Classic Homes is notorious for doing this with new construction. I really hope if you are buying from ACH that this will help you. I wish I had this advice.

When some things didn't go as planned, they took ownership of the issue even if it wasn't their "fault" and made sure we were happy. That meant a lot to us. Our final walkthrough with Joey and our super Geoff uncovered only one 'blue tape' issue (in contrast to our previous home that had a couple dozen). We completely agree with the below poster in saying that ACH construction is significantly better quality when compared to other builders in the area. And the lack of drama when it came to expectations and timelines. Oh, and we LOVE our new place!

He was always there with a welcoming greeting when we entered through the lobby. All maintenance issues, no matter how small were quickly and efficiently handled by Aaron.
