Unwelcoming, unlively, drad, building. I work for a company in the 6th floor and I don't come to…read morethe office too often, but when I do, the ladies in the reception DO NOT make me feel welcomed. I wanted to use the Think Pod in the lobby and I figured it was open to anyone working on the floor because I've seen people work there. There's a big TV playing country music and I simply asked if it was possible to lower the music down. I mean, I'm trying to work in the Think Pod not a Music Pod. They didn't give me a direct answer and asked me which company I worked for and said "can you tell them they can't use the lobby to work, we told them 3 days ago". They were not really nice or professional about it. Take it to my boss, not me - I barely come to the office and this doesn't explain why I've seen other people use it. There's literally no one in the lobby, just country music and the 2 white blond receptionist drinking starbucks and I can't silently work on my projects in the Think Pod. Absolutely bad customer service. I literally feel more welcomed at Starbucks then this lame building.

The owner also moved in a new tenant into our space before our lease expired without notifying us and then charged us $450 for the "marketing costs" to find that tenant. I definitely do not recommend this space. I'm sure you could find much better for less money and a landlord who knows how to communicate better somewhere else.

I could see this place working really well for someone with a position that is mostly heads down work. There is one meeting room but not a lot of places to take calls. They say that you are good to take calls in the public area but I would always feel like I was disturbing people. It wasn't busy when I visited but once it could busy I could see it not being a great fit for a client facing role. If you're comparing this location to Seattle co-working on California, they are very similar but Seattle co-working offers monitors you can plug into, has two rooms to take calls in, if you don't want to do it in a public area, coffee and cafes next door, but it seems like they have a waitlist over there usually. I didn't end up going with them either, but ended up taking the water taxi over the WeWork downtown to avoid a Bellevue or Ballard commute in a car. Probably would've went with this business due to its location if they had telephone booths or better call options like WeWork does. Great to support local company if this space works for you though.

I have a copy machine, and break room with beverages. They even have periodic donuts, bagels and fruit. Networking opportunities are plentiful. The offices are clean (custodial, recycling, and shredding services are included) and quiet. You can choose a front window office like I have and really enjoy because I like seeing mountains, sky, and trees or you can choose a back window office with a view of pure green and the occasional deer. If you want to save money, you can get an inside office as well. Sizes range from one person up to four. Internet access is high speed, so you can focus on your work and not worry about anything. Website glitched multiple times trying to reserve ahead of time. Finally got my reservation made…read morevia the app. I couldn't not get the Internet to connect, luckily I had a hot spot with me. There were no directions or indication for what the switches controlled on the wall. Subsequently resulted in the fan not operated or not operating well, being really hot and my neck being bright red by the end of my 50 min video conference (which was an interview, so yay..). The pod was quieter than the airport but far from soundproof. Wished the privacy film was a bit larger as it is awkward that people can stand outside and peer down at you. It was also super squishy. I am 5'10 and 170lbs. I had a string backpack with laptop, notebook, fleece jacket and my wireless hotspot and felt crammed inside. I don't think I would opt for one of these things again especially since half the appeal was guaranteed wifi that failed to work.
