Dirty space, failing electrical, and five months of empty promises on my deposit…read more I rented an office at Meadow Creek for about 8 months and regret it. The location looked promising, but the office floor was filthy -- I had to cover it with my own carpet. The electrical was failing: lamps flickered or cut out when I plugged in a kettle. It got very cold in winter because the heating couldn't keep up. There was also a break-in on the second floor that left several offices ransacked. Worst of all, the owners have been promising to return my deposit of over $700 since January. Every time I follow up they either ignore me or say they'll "look into it." Five months on, still nothing. The deposit dispute is now headed to small claims court.

The WiFi was good, temperature was good, plenty of places to sit and no competition for the phone booths. There is unlimited soda if that's something you're into. Ample parking due to its location in a commercial business park. The bad: there was a single keurig for coffee which was a reusable pod and stale/open ground coffee to make it with. No espresso, no fresh drip. There was a vending machine with a single cliff bar and an out of order sign. There weren't many people when I was there so it did not have any type of social vibe at all. Also the location is great for parking but there's nothing in walking distance so you'll have to drive to get coffee or lunch. I may go back since they have a daily drop in rate but frankly I'd rather work from a coffee shop where at least I can pay to have good coffee during the day.

They have a great community of people and businesses, and they seem to be doing a lot of cool stuff. The space is conveniently located in downtown Redmond, so it's a great location for plenty of people. Their events have all been great! Great snacks and great speakers. I have never really been part of a co-working office, but I think it's a really cool idea. I love that you can get a regular office and access at all hours, or you can join as a limited member that doesn't have a set space or need to pay to be there full-time. The office address and reception services also seem useful for some businesses. Looking forward to visiting Thinkspace again!

Sorry about this…read more... Parking is nonexistent for this facility. My people had to park all over the neighborhood and one person was advised by the front desk to park in the 7-11 parking lot... Seriously? Add to that, no clear guidance upon arrival to meeting space. My attendees couldn't figure out where to enter the building, nor where to go once in the "back" front door. Then after finding their way to the reception area, were informed the meeting space was back down on the first floor. So all my attendees arrive to the meeting stressed and annoyed. Was the meeting room nice, yes. Were all the features in the room good, yes. But that won't make up for setting the attendees on edge in the arrival process.

I have a copy machine, and break room with beverages. They even have periodic donuts, bagels and fruit. Networking opportunities are plentiful. The offices are clean (custodial, recycling, and shredding services are included) and quiet. You can choose a front window office like I have and really enjoy because I like seeing mountains, sky, and trees or you can choose a back window office with a view of pure green and the occasional deer. If you want to save money, you can get an inside office as well. Sizes range from one person up to four. Internet access is high speed, so you can focus on your work and not worry about anything. Premier Workspaces is great. The manager and the receptionists are excellent and can assist you with whatever needs you have that are specific to your business. I give them five stars. Christopher S. The space itself was poorly lit and had a dingy, uninviting atmosphere that didn't make it conducive for working. But what really stood out was the manager's attitude, which was nothing short of cold and dismissive. I've always been treated with professionalism and warmth at other REGUS locations, but this was the first time I felt unwelcome. I left feeling frustrated and won't be coming back. I'd rather drive 20 minutes out of my way to a location where I'm greeted with a smile and feel valued as a customer than return here. Definitely won't be recommending this location.

We loved being in downtown Bellevue with access to the Hmart next door and a short walk to the downtown park. There are so many great restaurants and coffee shops to try, and the mall is also a great option for a stroll on a rainy day (as well as shopping, of course!). We upgraded our car due to having a kiddo while living there, and when we had issues with parking it, the team was very helpful and open to letting us change our assigned space. We ended up sticking with the old one, but they were communicative and receptive! Turns out I just had to get used to driving a bigger vehicle haha :) One frustration was delivery - of food, packages, whatever - which could often be confusing and frustrating as different delivery people would easily get confused about where to leave packages between the A, B, C, D buildings. Not having a lobby made it a hassle to navigate when issues arose; however, just opting to meet them on the street usually made things easier to handle. Amazon deliveries were the most consistent by far, almost always delivered to our door or mailbox without issue. We had one major maintenance issue while living there. A pipe burst on Christmas day and while they responded to our request quickly, considering the delay because of the holiday, the water damage spread pretty fast and we ended up needing to move into a hotel for a night so they could do repairs. We came back the next day to new drywall installed, and painting took another day or two. It was a huge hassle, but in the end the repairs were great and they even reimbursed us for the cost of staying at a hotel for the night. When moving out, we ran into some communication issues because we had to break our lease a month early due to major life events, and were a bit frustrated with the process. However, connecting with Brigitt and explaining our situation to her helped as she put us in touch with Jen Adams. Jen was a real hero and so understanding of our situation; she really went above and beyond to clear up all our misunderstandings and made sure we left satisfied with our entire experience here.
