Amanda, who is in charge of taking care of the tenants is about as nice as they get and always very on point with any and every issue or request we have made. Thank goodness places like REGUS are here to be that professional presence we all need to get some work done and try to create some capital gains so that I can pay less taxes just like the super rich folks around these techie oarts. read more

After traveling around the country and working out of several different REGUS offices, this location really stands out--and it's experiences like this that make you appreciate just how good some places can be, especially after dealing with a negative one elsewhere. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The space is clean, bright, and set up perfectly for productivity. But what really makes this location special is the front desk staff, especially Katie (I hope I got her name right!). She was incredibly warm, helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed. Her friendly attitude created such a positive atmosphere, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. This is definitely one of the best REGUS locations I've worked at, and it's made a huge difference in my day-to-day. Thanks to Katie and the team for making it such a great place to work! read more

The level of incompetence at this office is staggering. All we wanted was a Bellevue mailing address with weekly mail-forwarding service--no actual office space. How hard could that be? Our contract began in April, 2021, and we received only the occasional envelope with our forwarded mail--it was definitely not weekly. Then in October after making some inquiries to the manager Jeanetta about the infrequency of our mailings, she discovers they have been failing to bill us the additional $20/month for weekly forwarding on top of the base service fee. We then get billed this fee RETROACTIVELY for the past several months when we were absolutely not getting such service. Not that the service improved any after that either. We were just paying more for the same lackadaisical you'll-get-your-mail-when-we-feel-like-sending-it service. January 2022 rolls around and we're expecting to get a slew of 1099 forms from the insurance companies that issue our commissions. Nothing shows up. We only received ONE 1099 form forwarded to us out of an expected dozen--that was on April 6, and the 1099 form had a postmark from January. Fortunately we were able to get e-forms of the 1099s from the companies directly. Then towards the end of March--our final month of our contract with Regus, thank God--we get a nastygram from a debt collector claiming we owe Regus $117.45 in back payments. What the...?! They have our card on file and have been making the regular monthly charges to it all this time--where did this come from? We see no attempted charges or NSF fees in our bank statements for the period in question--how is this on us? Near as we can tell they neglected to charge our card for a brief period, then decided to send us to collections. Incompetence rears its ugly head yet again. Regus then proceeds to pull the $117.45 among 3 charges to our card on file near the end of the month, leaving us still holding the bag with the debt collector to show that the balance has been paid. I'm in the middle of that process now... We are so done with this company. And all this was just for a mail-forwarding service. I can't imagine the debacle we would have witnessed if we'd had actual office space or other needs from them. read more

I definitely would give a zero star. If I could, this is a very unprofessional place. You cannot get a hold of anybody, all I signed up was a mailing address so that I could list a business. They started charging me hundreds of dollars extra each month and when I Opted out to cancel the service. They said I can continue with the service or I can pay 600 some dollars to end the service. I've only been with them a few months and their initial ad stated $50 a month for a virtual business address. Beware this company they are a scam artist they do not let you know all the charges that they're going to charge you and then they send it to debt collections right away. anything else anything else is better than this company you will be paying much more than you or they will state. This is a very bad company to do business with. A month later and there still charging me. I've been canceled for months. They are criminals!!! read more

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RENT HERE. The building and offices are nice enough, but the level of managerial incompetence is astounding. They completely changed the billing system in fall 2020, without notifying anyone ahead of time. That system incorrectly billed everyone. They are charging my office the wrong amount and are overcharging me for additional services. The staff has quit and the helpdesk and "managers" are not returning any calls. They continue to mis-bill the accounts, and then send your account to collections if you don't pay THE WRONG BILL. If you rent with these idiots, please keep all records of any agreements as we will be going to legal to address this gross incompetence. Avoid at all costs, go to wework or any other office space. read more

Horrible experience. We rented for 1 year. At first we were double billed (they fixed that), and then they couldn't get the administrator changed/fixed (never did). When first lease renewal came up they nearly tripled the rent from $890 to $2133....they sent an email with a consent button which we declined BUT since our credit card was on file they hit us twice for the $2133 claims the lease had auto-renewed, even though we declined. i tried to remove our credit card from the system, but it won't allow that until you enter an alternate payment method (yeah right). Had to cancel our corporate card. We tried to speak to someone, but no...only a call center in India answers and they open a "ticket". They won't give you a name, phone number, or title of an actual case manager. The next day, sure enough the email came (no replies allowed, that would be a new "ticket") explaining how sorry they were that we were wrong. all communication goes through their internal system, so you have no email trail to state your case. this is a real scam. Run, do not walk away from Regus. read more
