My recommendation is to tear down the entire complex, build something new in a few years. It's in the same class as Avalon Meydenbauer. You get what you pay for. Much better places like Stokely, Park 88, The Margot. read more

Now that we've moved out of BellCentre, I wanted to provide an updated review. Overall, it was pretty great! We drive an EV and having on-site charging was a gamechanger for us. We loved being in downtown Bellevue with access to the Hmart next door and a short walk to the downtown park. There are so many great restaurants and coffee shops to try, and the mall is also a great option for a stroll on a rainy day (as well as shopping, of course!). We upgraded our car due to having a kiddo while living there, and when we had issues with parking it, the team was very helpful and open to letting us change our assigned space. We ended up sticking with the old one, but they were communicative and receptive! Turns out I just had to get used to driving a bigger vehicle haha :) One frustration was delivery - of food, packages, whatever - which could often be confusing and frustrating as different delivery people would easily get confused about where to leave packages between the A, B, C, D buildings. Not having a lobby made it a hassle to navigate when issues arose; however, just opting to meet them on the street usually made things easier to handle. Amazon deliveries were the most consistent by far, almost always delivered to our door or mailbox without issue. We had one major maintenance issue while living there. A pipe burst on Christmas day and while they responded to our request quickly, considering the delay because of the holiday, the water damage spread pretty fast and we ended up needing to move into a hotel for a night so they could do repairs. We came back the next day to new drywall installed, and painting took another day or two. It was a huge hassle, but in the end the repairs were great and they even reimbursed us for the cost of staying at a hotel for the night. When moving out, we ran into some communication issues because we had to break our lease a month early due to major life events, and were a bit frustrated with the process. However, connecting with Brigitt and explaining our situation to her helped as she put us in touch with Jen Adams. Jen was a real hero and so understanding of our situation; she really went above and beyond to clear up all our misunderstandings and made sure we left satisfied with our entire experience here. read more

This is a long review, so here's a quick summary: DO NOT live here. I've stayed at 4 other apartments in the Puget Sound area, and this is by far the worst. There are many better options nearby: Cerasa, Excalibur, Aventine, etc. Don't get fooled by the seemingly lower prices here - you will end up paying the same amount in money and much more in mental sanity by staying here. ----- Initial Move-in Problems ----- First, let me start off with the initial state of the apartment. When I walked in, I knew I had messed up in renting from here. I did not get a tour of the apartment (first mistake, I know) before I rented there. The fridge was missing some shelves and was there were yellow stains all over it. I was there for a short-term rental, so I figured I would just live with it. Then, the garbage disposal did not work - long story about this that I will talk about later below. The room smelled, and the area under the sink had clear water damage. I was able to open my apartment window once, but then the handle broke off when I tried to close it. The parking spot I was originally assigned was taken by another car. What is the point of having assigned parking spots if they are not enforced? ----- Maintenance Issues ----- All of the above issues are bad. But they are still fixable if the maintenance staff is component. Unfortunately, this review exists, so that is clearly not the case. I filed maintenance requests for the critical items above: the window being unable to close (extremely important when it's cold and raining/snowing outside) and the garbage disposal not working. I've lived in apartments before where the maintenance staff is slow to fix things. That sucks, but do you know what sucks even more? When they come in, do not fix anything and "resolve" the request. That's what happened - not once, not twice, not three times, but FOUR times for both issues (total of 8 maintenance requests) for two simple issues. Not only were the maintenance staff members incompetent, they were rude. I was told that I opened the window too far, and that led to the window not closing. But the other window clearly opened much wider with no issue, and when they actually fixed it (4 months later), there was no problem with it. When they finally decided to replace my garbage disposal (after 4 times - still can't believe it), they insisted on installing it during my meeting (or I could wait 2 weeks, after the end of my lease). Then, they implied I broke the disposal and told me a list of things I shouldn't put in the disposal, which was especially funny since it was already broken when I got there. I even overheard the maintenance supervisor talking about how they were intentionally not resolving issues because it would cost extra money and that they would only replace it if the tenant complained. I guess that explains the initial state of the apartment. It wasn't until I almost moved out that I got all of the issues resolved. At least I improved the life of the future tenant (my condolences) in that apartment. ----- Overcharging ----- All of the above are enough reasons not to live here. But, as they say: when it rains, it pours. And it really pours here - they also overcharge whenever they can. I just received my itemized move-out receipt, and I got a massive list of bogus charges. A small cleaning fee is reasonable. But I got charged $240 for apartment cleaning, $337 for painting (!), and $160 for floorboard repair - all with no photos provided. Keep in mind that this is with no damage other than a broken light switch and some pin holes in the wall (part of normal wear & tear according to Seattle laws). This is just one review, so you should take it with a grain of salt. However, I suggest reading through the other reviews (especially on Google Maps). You'll see that many of the issues I had here are systemic issues. It's also one of the lowest-rated apartments in the area, despite trying to respond to reviews and having community incentives to leave better ones. So, you don't have to trust me, but I suggest you read through other reviews first and live somewhere else. read more

Really starting to get fed up with the pathetic security at this building. Gates never close and I come home one morning to see a neighbor's vehicle window smashed as if someone broke in over night? I may move out soon if this doesn't get fixed. Hope they filed a police report. read more

My boyfriend and I have been residents at BellCentre for about 2 years, and sadly we turned in our keys last week. During those two years we considered other apartment complexes, but we kept coming back to the realization that, for us, nothing beats BellCentre, especially at the price we were paying. We only left BellCentre because of a rare opportunity that came up in another apartment complex. One of the top reasons we stayed was the location. BellCentre is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores cafes, Downtown Bellevue Park, and the transit center. It was nice not having to worry about parking for Downtown Bellevue events like Snowflake lane or the 4th of July fireworks. The apartment itself was spacious and updated. Our unit also had a balcony that was nice to sit on during spring and summer. Even if your unit didn't have a balcony, there were a lot of shared outdoor spaces (or you could always walk to the park). The amenities were nice to have, but nothing exciting that compelled me to use them. The only thing I would've listed as a "con" is the lack of air conditioning. A/C ports are available, and we had a portable AC unit, but it was a hassle lugging the giant unit to different rooms just to be comfortable during the summer (or the rare 100 degree heatwave we had). It would've been nice if central air conditioning was available. If you're looking to make a home in Downtown Bellevue, and want to get the best bang for your buck, I highly recommend BellCentre! Shout out to Krista who has helped us since day one! And thank you BellCentre for being a great place to call home for the past two years. read more

TL;DR: Community doesn't care about the residents and fail to keep up their commitments to the residents. Be ready for smoke alarms falling on your heads, them blaring at 3 am, water leaking from the roof that has been claimed to have been repaired. Details: I am writing this review after a horrible, repeating incident today. I have been living here since December 2020 and my living experience has drastically degraded over the past few months. 1) Roofing repair fail: They hired an inefficient and unprofessional roofing company (Gorman roofing company) to do some roof repairs. Since we lived on the top floor, we were subjected to the all the noise. While we were understanding of the noise, the careless dropping by the workers was bothersome. Despite that the Sr. Community Manager, Ben Casteel, kept on assuring that the roof is strong and there is nothing to worry about. On the top of that, the workers didn't respect the community as they kept on creating noises at any time that pleased them- before 8 am and after 7 pm and also, Sundays. I found it really hard to step out as the workers used to ogle at female residents. Because of their shoddy work, careless dropping and zero concern for paying residents, our smoke alarm detached and almost hit my head. Throughout this ordeal, the community manager kept on undermining our concerns by labeling it as a mere "inconvenience". The inconvenience actually lasted for 2 weeks. Ben writes that you can reach out to me on a phone or email "anytime" but he is never reachable. The phone number is generic. It took us one week and threat to withhold rent/report to City Manager to elicit a response out of him. Somehow, the ordeal was over until one early morning it rained and the alarms started blaring. This was due to the leaking water seeping through the smoke alarm. We opened an emergency request and we were told the same roofing company has "fixed" it. This was lie as today it rained again and it leaks again. 2) Noise issues: If you are not used to living in a noisy community, this might not be a right place for you. The walls are flimsy and you get woken by your neighbor yelling in his early morning meetings. You can hear people shouting in the courtyard even if your windows are closed. You can hear your downstairs neighbors' TV at 2 am. For some reason, some adult neighbors (usually a group of single men in their late 20s, living together) tend to screech like animals. You will hear the entry doors banging throughout the day as there is no sound insulation. You will also hear your neighbor's kitchen cabinets closing and random dropping noises throughout the night. Our microwave had an oil leak which they could not fix. They replaced the microwave but didn't connect the vent pipes :) It is like it is a pattern of shoddiness. A lot of residents from our floor have moved out in flocks. One of them told us that the rent has been hiked exorbitantly and it made sense for them to move to a community with better amenities on same rent. I am quite afraid of the "smart home" system to replace the traditional keys. Who knows it doesn't work like the roofing fiasco and you get locked out while you pay for this "extra" in your next lease. The only saving grace is their leasing office staff (especially Krista) who genuinely care for residents' concerns. read more

I have been living here for almost a year, apartments are a bit old but gets renovated so it is ok, management is Ok, friendly and helpful but i decided to leave as the apartment above me is a corporate apartment which people come and goes and for and for the last 2 months it seems that a certified T-REX is living above me and the people there walks like as if no gravity on earth. My apartment is shaking from the stomping and walking especially in the kitchen area day and night , you can ever hear how many times they open drawers and flush the toilet so since then my whole experience changed, waking up at 7 everyday even in weekend and you cannot nap or enjoy staying home and it seems that management cannot deal with that Long story make it short, if you cannot sustain living in a sub woofer day and night you need to rethink otherwise it is an ok place read more

This place is very unorganized. There is loud construction starting early in the morning and the building is not sound proofed at all. The fire alarm always seem to go off. They are constantly placing notices to enter the property, but they give a window of a few days. For instance they were testing the fire alarms for 3 days from 9am-6pm. They were just setting off the alarm randomly though out those days. I missed a meeting because of this. If you ever work from home and need a reliable place I'd look elsewhere. Everyone working in the leasing office is very nice. https://imgur.com/6lsBHte read more

I've lived here for nearly 7 years (scary how long that's been). I've watched the community and the neighbourhood evolve over that time and I'm excited for the residents next year who get to move into refurbished courtyards! Amenities like a basic gym, common bbq, and free (unreserved) parking helped to elevate this above competing communities and its proximity to my office and the Transit Center clinched it. As far as the staff are concerned, they've been nothing but helpful and informative to me. They're plugged into the community and transparent and enthusiastic about their renovation plans. Occasional community events are a nice plus, and it helps that the building manager is also a resident, so she's very sympathetic to the neighbourhood challenges. read more

Decent apartments but very disorganized/lazy community management. I was scheduled to move in on a weekend in 06/2022. I spoke to a few of the community managers prior to my move but they were unable to answer basic questions e.g. how to get access to the smart rent locks, when the apartment was last cleaned etc. On the day of my move, I was unable to access my apartment as it was still locked. None of the community managers were reachable by phone. I was only able to get access to the apartment at at 2pm that day. read more

I've been living here going on 6 years, in two different units. Apartment life can be up and down, your neighbors change constantly, some are great and others not so much. One constant however, has been the management. They are professional, friendly and extremely efficient. Patty resolved a noise issue I brought to her attention within a day, while keeping me in the loop throughout and helping me keep friendly relations with my neighbors. She constantly goes above and beyond to help the residents and to make them feel at home, which is something to be appreciated especially in downtown Bellevue. I've also seen that Julie takes any potential safety concerns seriously, and as a resident herself, is very invested in the community and those who live here. I have a different perspective on the cons that other people mentioned-- The free parking lot did become restricted, forcing residents to start paying for secured parking, but the free lot is still open to guests. This amount of guest parking is a luxury downtown. A friend who lives in a newer building 2 blocks away tells me she needs to get prior approval and a pass for friends to even park on site (if the spots aren't already full). The building is older, but the units are renovated which to me is the best of both worlds. There are new appliances and finishes and the quality of the building in my opinion is better than other, newer ones I've toured. Aside from one particularly loud neighbor upstairs, noise from adjacent units has been rare. Bellevue is getting more and more expensive to live in, but I hope I can afford to stay here a while longer... read more

BE WARNED! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! I have lived here for almost a year. Although this place has been recently renovated, I had mold in my utility closet where my washer/dryer and water heater were at. The mold had grown up the walls so they had to call in professionals to have it removed. The complex never reimbursed me for the hotel costs when I had to vacate while the repairs were being done and then they refused to give me a credit on my utility bill for the equipment they had running 24/7 for 5 days trying to dry out the space. To make matters worse, I had sewage backing up into my bathroom from a seal on the toilet not being installed properly. When I had told the maintenance team months before it was repaired that I saw a discoloration on the caulking and that I had a bad smell (horrible actually) coming from the bathroom, they dismissed me and told me that the caulking turns colors sometimes. Well let me tell you... when they removed both toilets, raw sewage spilled all over my floor! The maintenance person wiped it up and told me I should probably clean it with bleach when he leaves. YOU THINK!?!?! I was told that it had probably been like that for 10 months when I had moved in! SERIOUSLY!?!?!? To top everything off... the maintenance staff stole tools from me! Yes you read that right... they steal from you! I reported this as well and nothing has been done. If you value your health, money and possessions do not rent here! read more

March 2017 update: My bike was stolen out of BellCentre's locked garage! It was locked to a bike rack in the "secure" garage. Apparently there's a car prowl problem. I don't know if I feel safe here anymore. I dropped 2 stars from my review for this incident. If you're still interested in the rest, here's my old review: GOOD STUFF: - It's close to several major Bellevue employers (Microsoft, Expedia) and the Bellevue Transit Center. 6-8 minute walk to the transit center. - You can move to a larger unit before your smaller unit's lease expires and you don't pay an early termination fee. - Exercise center is nice, rarely has anyone in it - Only one fire alarm (building evacuation) in 1 year here - Got my deposit back when I moved from one unit in this building to another - Both apartments I've lived in here have been great inside; clean, modern, nice smelling - Management is friendly and always helpful with getting packages from the (locked) package room - Wave G (formerly "Condo Internet") never goes down, fast uploads BAD STUFF: - The washer/dryer was scorching/staining clothes and we complained; they sent a replacement unit the next day but the replacement unit is WAY smaller! Curiously, my rent didn't get any smaller. - They did away with the free parking. Not that it was easy to compete with Melting Pot customers and other walk-offs who hogged resident parking, but you'll need to tack on another $75/month for a paid parking spot. The irony here is that now the formerly-free lot sits 95% empty at all times of the day. - Nearby construction starts early (7:30 usually) and can be very loud for hours at a time - Appliances are just standard, nothing special. Sure, they've got a stainless steel faceplate, but the dishwasher rack isn't adjustable and things like wine glasses and water bottles don't fit. The washer/dryer are stacked and small. The oven/range is the same you'll find anywhere else. - Residents who are moving reserve the elevator for hours at a time, which makes it hard for others who have strollers, groceries, stuff to load into their car, etc. It's very inconvenient to have to walk outside the apartment complex, around to another building, through multiple doors, and take a different elevator to get to one's car. This happens about twice a month and it's frustrating when it does. (If you're the kind of person who feels entitled to your own private elevator in a 4-story building, consider buying a house instead.) - No in-unit AC, so buy a portable unit. You will cook from July - October even if you're on the ground floor facing north. - Like many parking garages, this one has its share of terrible drivers. People drive the wrong way (against the arrows), they blow through at 35 mph, they don't pause before going around blind corners. - The recycling room is creepy and annoying to get to, so I see why people just dump their recycling in the trash chute. What I don't understand is why people just throw their trash on the floor of the trash chute room - that's pretty gross. You'll be stepping over other people's garbage when you go to use the trash chute, so be sure to wear shoes. - Locked garage isn't secure. My bike got stolen in early 2017. read more

We moved in here about 7 months ago. The community doesn't have luxury details (which was not an issue for us at all) but it's comfortable and cozy. The apartment sizes were among the biggest we found on the area and recently renovated. And prices are more than competitive. You have common areas if you need to work or study (they even have a small library on the main lobby). You have 3 courtyards, 2 of them have bbq, and an amazing rooftop with a breathtaking sight of Mount Rainier (pretty difficult to find in the middle of downtown). They even have a pet area, actually it's one of the most pet friendly places I've been in here. The gym was obviously fully renovated short time ago and is well equipped. What can we say about the staff? Everyone working here are super friendly. Maintenance responds quick. The management team is always willing to help you with anything you need. read more

TLDR: Had Mom-n'-Pop shop feel until mid 2014.. Big company took over and now both residents and employees are unhappy. For the record: I lived at BellCentre from Feb 2013 to Feb 2015 I was greeted in February 2013 by kind staff -- Chioma, Julie and all. While they've had some contingent staff over my 2-year stay, everyone was helpful, friendly and fair. While this property was owned by BRE there were XMAS parties, catered breakfast events, etc. The leasing office was warm and friendly and it had a mom-n'-pop shop feel. These events were great it allowed me to meet other folks in the community. Since the takeover by Essex in mid 2014, the warm love from the leasing office has faded -- this is probably due to policy or compensation changes, I don't blame them for having poorer service (i'd be upset too if I had a huge bonus reduction -- you get what you pay for) -- despite cutting costs, rental rates continue to rise. In late Oct 2014, I received a letter that there was a potential data leak -- addresses, SIN Numbers, possibly bank account numbers. When I called the customer information number (twice) -- I was not able to get any information on what the impact was -- If I need to close my bank account / close credit cards, etc. The entire situation was handled poorly -- it was not transparent at all and not even the folks in the leasing office had any information for me regarding the leak. My prediction: - Higher staff turnover-rate leading to poorer service. - There will always be demand due to proximity to Microsoft/Expedia and they'll likely be able to fill the apartment spaces quickly. but.. - There will be higher apartment turnover rate -- which in my opinion, makes the community worse. If you hate moving, don't lease here. read more

I had a short-term stay at this apartment for a single week. The apartment is very clean and well furnished. We were surprised to see the walk-in closet in both of the rooms. They're big with well organized shelvings take our cloth out of the luggages. Another good thing is its location near Bellevue Square mall if you like shopping. BellCentre is truly one of the best places in Bellevue to live. You get all the perks of metropolitan living without the pomp and price. The management is understanding and helpful, the rent is more than reasonable, and the amenities are sufficient without seeming overly luxurious (too many amenities just means more money added on your rent). Some of the many key benefits include: A wide variety of floor plans for all kinds of needs. Ultra-fast Condo Internet. Incredibly generous pet policy. Balconies. Did I mention Condo Internet? Any slight "negatives" are things you'd expect of any downtown Bellevue apartments. Cramped parking, higher rent (compared to Redmond or Bellevue outskirts not other downtown locations), slightly louder area (more drunk wanderers at night than in the suburbs obviously). If downtown Bellevue is where you're looking to live, BellCentre has the best value and comfort, hands down. read more

My wife and I have been living here for over a year now and have had a good experience. The office staff are friendly and helpful, especially Julie the manager. The few times i've need a repair it's been great, the maintenance team is there the next day. You just put in a request on their web site, it couldn't be easier. I was a BRE Properties resident for about 12 months at a different property in California. However, the current manager at BellCentre killed it for me. I don't think i'll ever be a BRE customer again after the way she treated me. Very rude and unprofessional. The sad thing is, the rest of the staff at BellCentre seemed nice. Also, BRE Properties associates at other properties near Seattle area, like Balinger and Taylor 28 where super nice! I lived in BellCenter for nearly two years, ending spring 2017. It's a pretty nice place and I was mostly happy... * Remodeled units are pretty nice. * Decently high-end appliances * Fantastic location, walking distance to everything * Management is on-site, so they can sign for packages etc. * CondoInternet has real 1Gb internet, cheap. * Despite my gripe about parking, management is beyond top notch. Wonderful, effective, efficient. * My door lock broke late one night. Stuff happens. The management line got maintenance guy in from Kent or some such place in like 45 minutes. And he had it fixed in another 20. That's amazing service. * Top notch exercise room. Nice pool table. So often the amenities are a joke; these ones actually add to the experience. In summary, it's comfy, convenient and well-staffed and equipped. There were some downsides: * Parking: They don't enforce where people park. But you have to pay for a space; it's just that they won't tow or move people who park in your space until the 5th documented violation. Seriously. * No Air Conditioning. And no cross-breeze. Units with decks don't have other opening windows in the main area. So units can get very hot. Those portable units from Home Depot/Costco work great though. * Very little control over solicitors. They regularly get in and harass. If it weren't for the parking fiascos, I'd probably still be living there. read more

I live in a remodeled apartment and the apartment itself is decent. The common areas are another story- very dirty, smelly garbage cans, and difficult recycling process. The staff doesn't seem to care at all about those living in the building. Management at move in was much better than the current staff. The staff actually told my boss who happened to be checking on me that I got drunk and banged on someone else's door. When I questioned them why they would say such a thing because it wasn't mean Chioma said the neighbor said it was a female and she assumed it was me. Thanks for causing unnecessary harm to my reputation BRE. This is absolutely inappropriate and unprofessional. Before you libel someone please ensure that they are indeed the culprit. When I addressed the manager both in person and in email she acted nonchalant. This is a serious matter that should have been taken care of. Additionally residents had to live for 5 months with jackhammering. At one point I was sick and had to get a hotel. They gave us two months of $200 for the inconvenience. Sorry but that doesn't make up for not being able to be in my apartment between the hours of 8-5PM M-F. I moved in at the end of August 2014 when the apartment has just got a innovation from the interior. Making you feel like living in a brand new apartment. Over the months spent in this apartment, i was impressed by the living quality and the service I received from BellCenter. Here are some features I particular like about it specially compared to other competitors in the neighborhood: 1. Sufficient underground parking spot, and low in price. 2. High ceilings. 3. Convenient location in Bellevue downtown area. 4. Exercise room, lounge, BBQ, printer, etc. are rarely occupied. 5. Nice and friendly staffs in the office. They are very helpful. However there are still things that I hope to be improved. 1. The North side of the apartment can be noisy during the early morning as you can hear works cleaning the square and garden with those air blowers. 2. Getting packages from the front desk are only till 6pm (7pm on Thursdays). Hope this can last longer. Or we can get an Amazon Locker that serves automatically like Elements Aprt does. Overall it is a very decent apartment with reasonable price. There isn't much to complaint about and I would certainly recommend it to friends. read more

I lived at BellCenter for two years before moving to another Essex property. I really enjoyed my stay. Leasing office staff: Julie, the apartment manager is very friendly and helpful. She goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy with their experience. She and everyone in the office personally helped me with suggestions when I was looking to move to a bigger unit within the apartment. Chioma helped me with my initial paperwork. She was friendly, helpful and explained things to me in detail as this was the first apartment I was renting. Cory was approachable at all times. I will miss the office staff at BellCenter. Safety: BellCenter seemed like a very safe place to live in, and this was something that was very important to me. The apartment manager stays on the property, and that was very reassuring to me. The whole apartment is access controlled, and I did not ever notice an issue with the system malfunctioning or any doors staying unsecured during my stay there. The apartment did switch from one access control system during my stay there, and I thought it was incredibly well-managed without any slip-ups. Cleanliness: The exteriors are clean and well-maintained. The common areas like the stairs and courtyards are also cleaned periodically. Maintenance: The apartment provided a phone number through which maintenance requests could be made. I liked this much better than having to open a website and place a request in other places. Maintenance requests were always completed the next day (I usually place them at night), and to my satisfaction. Proximity to necessities: I did not have a car for the first six months I lived here, but I did not have any issues at all. There is a Safeway at walking distance, a Korean store two blocks away (which stocks super fresh vegetables, fruits and meat at very reasonable prices). The Bellevue Transit Center so close and so is the Overlake Clinic. The mall, theater, downtown park, and so many other things are super close. Apartment interiors: The apartments I lived in (I moved to a bigger unit in the same complex at the end of a year) were clean, well-equipped and the carpets looked good. The price is reasonable given that it is downtown, and you get what you pay for. :) read more

I moved to BellCentre over the other places I looked at in downtown Bellevue because the customer service in the leasing office was above and beyond that which I experienced elsewhere. I arrived for an appointment right before closing and when I realized I was almost too late, I offered to come back earlier the next day so the leasing agent (Chioma) wouldn't have to past closing. She insisted that it wasn't a problem and took me on a tour...never rushing to try to get through it so she could get home to her family. Afterwards I decided that this was somewhere I could see myself living. I've been here for almost a year now and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for a smaller community where people are friendly and the staff (both in leasing and maintenance) are helpful and attentive. If I've ever had a problem, it has been taken care of by the time I get home from work. And once when I was having my dishwasher checked for a small leak, the maintenance guy noticed my overhead kitchen light was burnt out and fixed it without me even having to fill out a request...he just took care of it. He even left a note explaining what he had done and signed it with a smiley face. I know it seems silly, but those small touches make this such a nice place to live!!! Megan read more

There is no idea of punctually in that managment team, be aware of makeing any appointment there, always caculate a 30min delay for everything. BTW, the room was overpriced and the location is nothing special, everything is like a setup in the movie Trueman Show. -_- read more

I moved into BellCentre 4 months ago and this community has been great. The Staffs are friendly and respond quickly to email and or phone calls. My Washing machine recently stop working and they replaced it right away. The quickness on the management and maintenance team really made this an A+ community. Thank you BellCentre! read more

I just moved into BellCentre apartment in downtown Bellevue. I am very satisfied with the move-in process. It was much more efficient than my experience with other large management companies in WA. My leasing agent, Cory, was especially attentive to my request in the apartment and he made sure I knew all the amenities of the property. He also connected me to maintenance personnel, who promptly attended to my service requests. A big thank you to Cory and entire BellCentre team. read more

Belle Centre is a great place to live! Centrally located in the heart of Bellevue, there's not much more you can ask for! We are lucky enough to have an apt on the first floor, gorgeous wood floors and beautiful white quartz counter tops! Maintenance is on the ball and always ready to help and the apt stays quiet and peaceful. I would recommend it to anyone- certainly a great place to live! read more

I have had an extremely positive experience with the apartments here. The team at the leasing office is accommodating, helpful, responsive, and each employee looks out for the best interest of their customers at all times. My dog & I have made a habit out of visiting them every day after work and saying hi. The apartments themselves are in a fantastic location where everything is within walking distance and have beautiful brand new appliances and cabinets. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at BellCentre. read more
