He told me he was finishing up another customer and would look at it later and instead asked me to describe the issue... over and over... with more and more detail to the point he just recommended a floor damper on the room that's too hot. During his visit Howard took a close look at our system which is more complex due to it's connection with our indoor pool equipment. He was able to assess that a new unit wasn't needed and he was able to replace the broken belt which was causing our our heating issues. Howard also inspected our humidification system on his way out and provided some very helpful advice on how to maintain our systems. After recently having another HVAC company inspect our system, we discovered significant rust, standing water, and damage inside the furnace. We were also given documented concerns regarding the condensate drainage/setup. We contacted Anderson (being hung up on twice) and provided photos, invoices, and the other HVAC company's findings. Anderson denied responsibility, and we have been extremely disappointed with how our concerns were handled. We are now having to replace our furnace and AC at significant expense. Based on our personal experience, I would strongly encourage others to do their research before hiring Anderson Mechanical. I personally would not use this company again or recommend them to friends or family.
