NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE. STAY AWAY!…read more We spent thousands of dollars on an on-demand water heater they installed, and it broke down five separate times over the next few years. Each time, we had to deal with the inconvenience, disruption, and service calls. What was most disappointing was their lack of accountability and concern. They offered no meaningful solution, no compensation, and showed little interest in standing behind their work or the system they installed. Ultimately, we had to spend thousands more to have another plumber replace the entire system they installed. This was an expensive and frustrating lesson. Buyer beware.

During his visit Howard took a close look at our system which is more complex due to it's connection with our indoor pool equipment. He was able to assess that a new unit wasn't needed and he was able to replace the broken belt which was causing our our heating issues. To my amazement Howard and Four Seasons did all of this free of charge! Howard also inspected our humidification system on his way out and provided some very helpful advice on how to maintain our systems. I am hugely appreciative for their excellent advice and service, I expected to pay thousands and ended up with working heat again before the afternoon was over!

RE: Beyond 5-star service!…read more In early spring, our family returned to our newly build home for the second time to find an extremely cold walk-out basement and continued breathing/health issues. We received a referral from Structure Tech inspection firm to contact Tom with ENVIROWORLD USA, turning out to be an absolute blessing for our family. Our home was impacted by the Weyerhaeuser toxic floor joists in a newly constructed home that required us to stay in a hotel for over four months due to formaldehyde levels making the home uninhabitable. The basement required complete renovation of the basement joists to fix the product omitting lethal levels of formaldehyde. Once completed, our basement was 15-20F degree difference from the other levels on the home, Air Exchanger problems, HRV core missing, subcontractors not responding to our phone calls feeling hopeless with no-responses from our builder and suppliers who created the problem. Additionally, the formaldehyde was "fixed", but my four-year-old daughter continued to battle with respiratory and otolaryngology issues daily, inner ear infections/ongoing sinus drainage due to bad air quality in our home. Tom from ENVIROWORLD USA not only fixed our cold basement but turned our homes air quality to hospital grade levels with HEPA Home Filtration System, delivered the experience of the exact same temperature across our entire three floors, and Steam Humidifier. Tom has always made us feel as his number one priority and have never experienced this level of customer commitment in my lifetime. Not only is Tom the most experienced and knowledgeable Indoor Air Quality and HVAC expert, he is extremely passionate for the work he does and delivers results with everything promised and more. I would highly recommend Tom from ENVIROWORLD USA to help with any home air or heating you may face and would graciously just like to say, Thank You to Tom and ENVIROWORLD USA for making our family happy and healthy again. This above and beyond service level should be recognized and acknowledged as the premiere, reliable, experienced, passionate experts this company delivers. Sincerely, The Lambert Family

Called them on a Friday at 7 at night expecting to leave a message but the owner, Tom, was available and answered. Told him the issue and he took the time to talk with me and understood my concern. When he looked at the mini split unit, he diagnosed the Freon was low. The unit was installed in May and he said there was no way that it should have been gone by now. Thought that the company, who apparently has good reviews, put in a small amount to begin with. That company suggested that a part was the issue and that it would take hours to fix. It's hard to find honest contractors but feel Tom has the owners best interest at heart and will use them again.

They did a beautiful job of heating the bedroom floor. We had heating units installed in the basement also. The key here is maintaining the unit and getting it cleaned out the first sign of winter. When the weather warmed I wasn't entirely satisfied with the cooling aspect. The smart thermostat is complicated and doesn't come with a manual. Equally important- he took the time to go through the features of the thermostat that I didn't understand before. Between the adjustments and new knowledge, I was cool and comfortable in no time. The tech was great at explaining how the system works, and even said we could call him directly with subsequent questions. I would absolutely recommend Standard.

***OWNER BLOCKED ME AND MY REVIEW FROM FACEBOOK Just…read morereceived a phone call originally that my home could not be found, after a few seconds of explaining (yet again) what was needed and expected by the company on a current unit we're having complications with and future contracting for other units to be put in.... Kyle was not too happy and fond in the idea that my household is getting quotes from a few other companies for heating and cooling. "Wait wait wait, I'm confused because you're calling me but telling me you have multiple other people coming in and out of the house for quotes. So what is the job that you need done?" Us: "both... we need the mini split looked at and have the remotes reconnected plus we're looking at quotes. That's what you do to get the best prices and knowledge for a job that needs to be done". According to Kyle, AC and cooling companies "don't do that to each other", meaning the business industry is not a competitive market and therefore the person you call first has to be the person you hire. That's the impression you just put out and that was the most inappropriate phone call coming from a business begging for 'votes' on the quality of your work and business. Guess my home will be the first to say that I would NOT recommend a company more concerned on their arrogance and pushing customers to not receive quotes on a multi thousand dollar job... not to mention how inappropriate it was to treat us like we can't afford $80.00 some dollars to replace remotes on our current mini split. Thank you for wasting our valuable time.
