I had an appointment quickly, and the gentleman came out on Friday morning. I had been given a 9 - 11 window. Since I was working from home, I wasn't too concerned. I showed him the washer in the basement and gave him as much detail as I could on what was happening. Not long after leaving him to his work, he came back up to let me know that a part was needed to repair the machine and that the cost would be $75. I was happy to hear that it wasn't going to cost me a lot to get the machine fixed or learn that I'd have to replace it. He left to get the part and had everything done a short time afterward. The total cost of the visit was $190 (there is a visit fee separate from any parts that might be needed). He ran the machine before leaving to ensure that everything was working as it should. I was quite happy to get caught up on my laundry over the weekend. If/when the dryer starts to fail, Anderson will be my first and only call. They are easy to work with, don't keep you waiting all day for them to arrive, and quickly suss out and fix any problems they find. Everything was explained in understandable terms, as well.

After recently having another HVAC company inspect our system, we discovered significant rust, standing water, and damage inside the furnace. We were also given documented concerns regarding the condensate drainage/setup. We contacted Anderson (being hung up on twice) and provided photos, invoices, and the other HVAC company's findings. Anderson denied responsibility, and we have been extremely disappointed with how our concerns were handled. We are now having to replace our furnace and AC at significant expense. Based on our personal experience, I would strongly encourage others to do their research before hiring Anderson Mechanical. I personally would not use this company again or recommend them to friends or family.

Ty and his crew were very helpful in helping us decide on a replacement. They were here yesterday (another scorcher) and worked all day to replace our old equipment with a new Amana unit. When I explained to Tye that I had attempted to cancel earlier that morning, he responded with "we're done here" in a rude tone and stormed out of my home, slamming both my front door and storm door. I understand that cancellations can be frustrating, but I made a good-faith effort to notify the company well in advance. Acting disrespectfully inside a customer's home is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business. Based on this interaction alone, I would not feel comfortable working with this company in the future.

During his visit Howard took a close look at our system which is more complex due to it's connection with our indoor pool equipment. He was able to assess that a new unit wasn't needed and he was able to replace the broken belt which was causing our our heating issues. To my amazement Howard and Four Seasons did all of this free of charge! Howard also inspected our humidification system on his way out and provided some very helpful advice on how to maintain our systems. I am hugely appreciative for their excellent advice and service, I expected to pay thousands and ended up with working heat again before the afternoon was over!
