I have been contacting GVHAC for the past 3 years trying to address these issues, trying their suggestions, and monitoring the results. We have some rooms at 85F while others are 68F on the same system in different zones. When I called today I asked if the support person wanted to know my address so they could look up the system. He told me he was finishing up another customer and would look at it later and instead asked me to describe the issue... over and over... with more and more detail to the point he just recommended a floor damper on the room that's too hot. I was ready to throw the whole unit out the door and start over again. we contacted Anderson, they came and inspected and identified the problem and gave us a very, very reasonable estimate to fix the problem. they came on time on the scheduled day made the repairs. because our past experiences, I did not want to write the review until we had the furnace running for a while. now that the furnace been running of several weeks, I am happy to report that our furnace is running smoothly.
