When I explained to Tye that I had attempted to cancel earlier that morning, he responded with "we're done here" in a rude tone and stormed out of my home, slamming both my front door and storm door. I understand that cancellations can be frustrating, but I made a good-faith effort to notify the company well in advance. Acting disrespectfully inside a customer's home is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business. Based on this interaction alone, I would not feel comfortable working with this company in the future.

JG was prompt on getting back to us right away with an estimate. We then spoke to Amanda who helped us figure what we needed and book us a time and day. The owner Jimmy arrived with Oscar to take care of us that day. They gave us a text about a 1/2 hr before that they were in route. Jimmy was very friendly and explained everything as he was working, showing us videos of the inside of the vents as he started cleaning them. They worked promptly to look around the house to start working. They first covered all the vents and brought in their equipment. Each Individual vent was cleaned. Th package included the dryer vent and furnace but we paid extra to get the bathroom fan cleaned inside and thru the outside. They cleaned up and were done in about 1.5 hrs for our 2600'sq ft house. I would definitely recommend them for any duct work you have. They were very prompt, professional and have great customer service!

Owner installed an A/C that stopped working after only 4 seasons of use (which in total was about…read more11 months!) and after determining there must be a leak in it somewhere, only added more coolant rather than finding and fixing the leak. Because nothing was fixed, every year the unit would stop working and he would be called to fix it, and rather than fixing it, he would add more coolant. I told him every time that this should be fixed or replaced before the warranty runs out and that it isn't normal or ok for it to need servicing so often. He never did fix anything, then stopped responding to my service requests. I had another company come out to diagnose the problem, and was told the compressor was shot from years of trying to run with a leak and that the leak was due to faulty installation at the start. Pick any other company besides this guy! He's a one-man operation, and he cuts corners. I can't give zero stars, otherwise I would.
