I was contacted a short time later that someone would be out between noon and 4. Relieved, I got back to work. It was close to 3 when the nice young man arrived. I let him in and ge went right to work. Less than 30 minutes later, he'd cleaned out and tightened everything that caused the issue. The cost was $120. I was given four recommendations of vendors, and called 3 in for estimates. The estimator from perfection put me at ease instantly. He explained to me what they would be installing, how they would do it, and how it would interact with the other changes I'm having done at my house. I was surprised and pleased that they were also the cheapest quote so it was a no-brainer in selecting them. The crew showed up today to do the installation. They were quick efficient and effective.
