We were taken to the attic to see the scratch and dent air conditioners he bought at an auction. That is all he had to install in stock. I appreciated the honesty but should have been told on the phone that the price was for scratch and dent no warrant. There was clear damage to all. We picked one out that was the best of the selection then asked about warranty and how old the unit was and he became agitate. He had no idea. We were taken to an office stepping over a multitude of tools and parts the entire way. He handed us a paper for a different unit something I could have printed. I really wanted to give this guy a chance Even tho my gut said run. The process of getting estimates printed was slow. The more questions we asked the more up set the older gentleman got. First estimate was several hundred more then quoted on phone he admitted it was with out us saying. I asked for the air conditioner quote and before he finished he said "I feel like Im just wasting my time here, you already have other quotes. I said yes we had made calls. I asked if he could print an estimate for the air conditioner again. He basically said he was done with us. We got up and left. I don't know what the issue was this is the process of doing business. My gut said these guys are not on the up and up. Place is scetchy, very messy, no clear information on their work or products. Prices are only about 100$ cheaper than other places. There is a reference to being thankful to God on the homemade sign I was hopeful of a positive experience. I prayed while i was there. God clearly made the decision for us as the guy practically threw us out.

They came out and replaced the wiring. and our AC was back within 2 1/2 hours. Bill was very reasonable! In fact Tradewinds HVAC technicians were all busy an appointments, so it was the owner that was our Technician. Service 5 star. Efficiency 5 Star, Professionalism 5 Star and overall Rating 5 stars out of 5 Stars. This is the 4th time we had to use Tradewinds HVAC & Fireplace. Every time they have been great . It was determined that our house's sewer drains were poorly installed, with very little slope and several sharp bends. A sewer line cleaning company cleared it out, and Andy reset our new toilet. I am extremely happy with Larson Plumbing. From Amanda in the office to Andy the technician and Jim the owner, their service and attention to detail was outstanding. I waited over 2 weeks for an appointment and when the person didn't show up I called them. First I was told I had the wrong date. I did not have the wrong date. They called me back and said they had to reschedule my appointment but had FORGOTTEN TO CALL ME. We had cleaned out the furnace room and were awaiting the results of the inspection to determine if we could do another home improvement or if we'd need a new furnace in the near future. They REALLY caused problems for us by doing this! I wouldn't waste my time with this company as they are obviously unreliable and have little concern for anyone's schedule other than their own. There are better providers out there who will put their customers first.
