Kerek and Justin came to our home yesterday to demo a shower for new installation and they did a Fantastic job. They were 15 min early, very courteous and put floor covering down to protect our floors. They were very careful to not bump and damage walls with the old shower pieces while they were taking them out. They operated very smoothly as a team to get the job done and even finished ahead of schedule -- very impressive! They cleaned up the area thoroughly. I initially hired them over the phone to cut up and haul away a hot tub/jacuzzi from the backyard of the house we just bought. While they were there I asked them if they were able to pull out the cabinets in the kitchen since we were going to remodel it. They did that, too! Then, I asked if they could strip away the metal frame against the back of the house and on the patio foundation leftover from the sunroom that we removed. Did that, too! Kerek and Mike removed our old granite kitchen countertops today. Took just over an hour to complete at a great price. They covered our appliances and floor to prevent any damage and even vacuumed during the removal. Left our kitchen clean as can be. No damage at all to the cabinets. Wow! I would give 10 stars if I could!! From start to finish, they were impressive. I reached out to Kerek for demo work on a remodel. He responded right away, gave me a very competitive quote over the phone, and was available in just two days for a pretty big job. On the morning of, he showed up early with a smile and answered all of my questions patiently. He and his team demo'd a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 walls and pulled up the most nasty carpet that was probably put in during the Carter administration ;) They worked tirelessly all day, and they even had to go buy a tool to cut a large refrigerator so they could get that monster out the front door! And this is the best part - They left the premises immaculate! Not just clean. Immaculate. Not a single nail left on the floor. My jaw dropped when I saw the final product, and my husband said this is the best demo you'll ever see. In addition to being professional and courteous every step of the way, Kerek is just a cool guy who is very friendly and fun to talk to. I contracted Howe Construction to remove a Hot Tub from a second story deck and take away some bags of trash at a rental home I own. Unfortunately I was unable to be at the property when the work was done and relied on them to send pictures of the finished work. I visited the property the next day and found insulation from the hot tub blowing all over my backyard. i contacted the company to discuss my not being happy with the cleanup and also the trash they were suppose to haul away still being there. He blew off my comments about the insulation and offered to remove the trash for double what was initially quoted! I really thought he would offer to come back and finish the job so I withheld payment. When he didn't get paid he resorted to calling\texting over and over while I was out of town. I texted him that I expected him to finish the job and he began ranting about how hard he worked and I must have never done manual labor because he busted his ass on my project.
