Once they have your money, don't expect them to stand behind the product. Their customer service is some of the worst I've experienced. You'll get plenty of apologies, but that's where it ends. No solutions, no accountability--just a lot of "there's nothing we can do." Even when issues are clearly legitimate, they refuse to take responsibility. You may even hear from the owner with an apology, but nothing ever actually gets resolved. It's all talk and zero follow-through. At that point, it just feels like they're trying to quiet complaints rather than fix anything. There's a reason this place has so many bad reviews. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way. I would never buy another product from WDC again. No price is worth the stress and frustration of dealing with a company that won't stand behind what they sell.

That it was actually suggested to me that we might need a crane to get it upstairs. What a joke. Save your time save your money. Don't go here. Waste of time Update. Home Depot installed the washer and dryer in 15 minutes, no problem and a plumber fixed the dishwasher. I'm still waiting for a refund for the washer and dryer that they took with them. Not sure why that's taking so long.

Unfortunately, after spending thousands of dollars on repairs over the past five years, it continued to break down and was no longer reliable. Andres listened patiently to my concerns and then asked what type of refrigerator I was looking for. I told him I wanted something similar to the Thermador but with much greater longevity. He recommended Sub-Zero, explaining that while it cost a little more than Thermador, Sub-Zero refrigerators have a long-standing reputation for lasting over 20 years. I mentioned that I had read all Sub-Zero 48" models are 84" high, which is 1/2" taller than my existing Thermador, and I was concerned they would not fit in my cabinet space. Andres confidently told me they would fit, but to make absolutely certain, he offered to send Pacific Sales' certified Sub-Zero installers to my home to take measurements free of charge and with no obligation to purchase. The installers arrived the very next day, took measurements, and confirmed that all the Sub-Zero 48" models would fit perfectly. I then met Andres at the store, where he showed me the different 48" Sub-Zero models and honestly explained the pros and cons of each style based on customer feedback. I ultimately decided on the Classic French Door model. Since I had already been without a refrigerator for weeks, I told Andres I wanted it as soon as possible. He assured me it would not be a problem, and amazingly, he arranged delivery and installation just three days later. The installers arrived on time, completed the installation in less than an hour, and thoroughly tested everything before leaving. The entire process--from measurements to installation--took only three days and was completely painless and stress-free. I could not be happier with my new Sub-Zero refrigerator, and I truly appreciate all of Andres Vega's help. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, intelligent, and genuinely knows his stuff. I highly recommend Andres Vega at Pacific Sales in Torrance to anyone looking for a high-end refrigerator or premium appliance shopping experience.

They ordered a bunch of parts and swapped out the inverter board when tye original diagnostic was the compressor. They just refilled it with refrigerant and then said to wait 16 hours...we'll its been days and going on weeks. The tech came 12/06 took pictures and said it wasn't the compressor that there is a leak in the system. Today I find out they ordered the compressor and a control board and who knows what other parts.. as of now i find myself being a middle person between Haus appliances and geek squad...and there seems to be little effort to find a solution to my repair...I definitely would not recommend this company...the tech clearly undermined my father's intelligence telling him twice on different occasions that the refrigerator worked when it clearly didn't.

I dragged the 30 lbs. of wood to the register and went through the payment process. When I asked if there was a no receipt option, the person working there said, don't worry, it will give you one." I proceeded to throw it away in the trash can as I left. There is no need in most cases to produce a paper receipt. I have an account with HD, give me the electronic option there.

How can you hire people who are of no help? You'd be better off not hiring at all. So many employees standing around chatting with each other. Lowe's at least have staff that try to help. Actually I stopped coming here two years ago but thought I would check them out for a product I'm looking for.

He was great guy quickly changing out the igniter. It has a 90 day warranty which is standard. Would definitely use this company again, appointment scheduling was easy, the cost was reasonable and I did not feel pressured to pay for costly and unnecessary repairs.
