I paid $701 for a new battery in August because my battery was tested at having 26% power. After purchasing the new battery, the car continued to misfire. I took it to a dealership in Dublin and received that crazy quote. After crying, praying and calling the bank I make my payments, I told them if I get a crazy quote from this company my sister recommended to me, come get this car. I had to wrap my head around that I was duped in this purchase. I was going to buy a beater to pay off my debt before getting what I want. My family was so upset and didn't want me going from my dream car to a beater. This was almost a month process before dropping off my vehicle to Dandini's. Before we took it to the shop, we got a diagnostic test that read that the cost of repairs could be $3500 and it listed the problems. Dandini send me their diagnostic test and it includes a dead battery. "WHAT??!!? It's a new battery. That can't be possible!!" They take the battery out to charge it and sees that the casing is cracked. They tell me... (PLEASE REMEMBER THIS) this will probably fix your problem. Did you want us to fix the other issues? They didn't try to control my money out of fear. Of course I told them to fix the problems because they were going to need to be fixed eventually and they had the car. I was at the freakin end of my rope and received honesty and professionalism. In today's society this is freaking rare. I'm 57 years old so I've seen society change from "Made in America, built to last" to "build it to break" to make a quick dollar. Dandini's is in Westerville and worth the travel.

The got me scheduled quickly with no problem, and the oil change took exactly as long as they said it would and COST EXACTLY WHAT THEY QUOTED ME OVER THE PHONE. If you've ever gotten an oil change you know how amazing that phrase is, right there. Every time I've gone to a chain store for an oil change it's at least 25-30% higher than the quote or the price on the sign. They also upsell you everything they can and it's intimidating if you hate saying no and you know little about cars. Not here. I got an oil change and an inspection and no upselling whatsoever. I was also told that anytime I need them to check my levels (oil, tires, whatever), to just pop in and they'll do it for free. This was a service the last guys offered and I was worried about missing at a new shop. While I was there I started talking to them and we had a great conversation. I was treated like a PERSON and not just a wallet walking through the door. This was seriously one of the best customer experiences I've had since moving to Columbus. So glad we switched our business here.
