I've suffered 2 summers with no air because I refused to pay the cost of a black market kidney for some AC. The busted air compressor eventually caused a belt to burn out and my engine almost caught on fire two days ago. Leo fixed me all up for 1/5 of that other dude's price. They wanted him to remove the whole rear-end and pay for a new one to have them send another one to Ohio. Jim saved me a ton on labor by arguing that they only needed an axle replaced. He really tried to straighten it out when it really wasn't his problem. My Tahoe was at his shop for over a month (no charge) before we gave up on that company to remedy their faulty part and he had it fixed in a day. I came back up from NC, picked it up, and I'm back on the road with the vehicle driving smoothly again. Great work, and the best customer service I've dealt with at a mechanic shop...EVER.
