Horrible. Bad customer service. Overpriced. I don't recommend them . They told me one thing and then tried to switch it. He forgot that he told us that he would find out the problem with my ABS light for free and then give us an estimate. When i Told him i will come pick it up he went off without letting me explain i have to leave and will be gone for 10 day and I will bring it back after i return. He continued to over talk me, cut me off and wouldn't give me my keys until i contacted the Attorney General office the next day and let them know he was charging me for a service i didn't authorize and had proof of that. Waynes auto repair then instructed me to come pickup my truck within 24hrs or be charged storage. Nick was rude and did not complete my requested service. As soon as I arrived Nick was immediately rude as I was asking if they would have time to do the "Vacation Special" (coupon) along with my oil change. He immediately pointed out there may be a $20 up charge IF my car needs synthetic oil and then proceeded to point to the coupon saying "it says it right on there" Despite me not even arguing that point. I also stated that I need a tire rotation and immediately he states "if your tires are bald we wont be able to rotate them" without even looking up my account or at my tires. Again, I just agreed. I told him that last time I was in for an oil change they did have some recommendations and that I hadn't received any work on my car since then and he finally pulled up my account to see what was recommended. Nick sounded frustrated and told me he couldn't believe I hadnt received the recommended service one of which was new calipers and he sarcastically questioned "are your brakes grinding yet?" And I explained that they are not. I told him, however, I do need my tires rotated because years ago when I got new tires they told me that because I have a Hyundai Elantra the front passenger tire tends to ware more heavily and it's encouraged I rotate my tire. Nick said "that is literally the dumbest thing I have ever heard" and proceeded to tell me "that's like Apple creating an iPhone that has a black spot on it and giving it to people and telling them it's fine and it's supposed to be like that". I explained that was just what I was told and that I hate dealing with car issues because every place you go people tell you different things. I left my car at 11A and hadn't heard back so called at 4p and Nick stated that he still hadn't talked to his guys yet but that he was actually on hold with them and would call me back. I missed his call back at 5:13 but got his voice mail about it being ready for pick up. He called again at 5:27 stating "I've tried to reach you a few times now, I don't want you to not have your car and we are closing soon and do not stay late". I arrived shortly after this second message and when I walked in Nick rudely questioned "did you not get my messages?" And I explained I had that's why I was there to pick up my car. He proceeded to tell me that they only changed my oil, despite me leaving the coupon which included multiple services, and he wouldn't rotate my tires because two were bald. He pulled out the gage showing me how they measure and proceeded to tell me he would take me out and show me. As he did this he questioned "I don't know if you feel like kneeling down here to look at this or not" and by the second tire I explained I didn't know what I was looking at but if he says he isn't able to rotate them then if he could just give me documentation saying that and he was not happy about that. He proceeded to state that my two better tires are in the back and that's where they should be and I stated that I thought since I had a front wheel drive car they should be in the front and he stated that didn't matter (front or rear wheel). We walked back inside and then he began drawing me a picture of tires and the width of them- again, I stated I just wanted it in writing so I can take it some place else (or get new tires or whatever the next step is). He stated "maybe I'm not explaining this the right way to you" and yelled for another worker and talked to him while holding open the door to the garage with me in the office. The worker stated my better tires should actually be up front since it's a front wheel drive and I stated "that's exactly what I told you" so Nick told him to rotate my tires. Although I couldn't see the worker I am guessing he either said no or made a face because Nick then stated "I know but if she wants it we have to do it" and I honestly thought maybe because it was 5:30 at this point and "they don't stay late" (as he previously left in the message to me) that maybe that was why. I told them to forget it, to put it in writing and I'll just pay for my oil change. Nick continued to talk down to me, arguing about rotating them and that is it "his" policy and right not to. Also, he stated that everyone (referring to himself and the worker) has different opinions on these sort of things. I finally asked him if there was a manager or someone else above him to speak to and he stated he was the manager and there was no one else. I told him that I would be doing a review then because I have been there multiple times and never treated this bad. He showed me the computer screen, arguing with me again, showing I've actually only been there two other times. I apologized stating I thought it had been more (not that it truly mattered) and then he stated "yeah, you only come to us for oil changes and we aren't really just an oil change place". Ok where do I start. We took our truck in there to get the breaks done and a check engine light looked at. While waiting to get the breaks done someone stole the cats off the truck and our Y pipe was cut in the process. When they told us i went to check it out, the police were leaving because they were there taking a report of stolen cats off of other vehicles in there parking lot. I go over and look at our truck and see saw blade under our truck i take pictures of this. After arguing over who was responsible for the stolen cats for almost a month we finally came to an agreement to get the cat fixed. We went really happy with the agreement, but its been a month and we wanted our vehicle back, and we found out putting up a sign on your building no where near the entrance saying they are not responsible for damage to the vehicles releases them from liability in ohio. So now after 2 months of waiting we get our truck back, cat replaced breaks fixed check engine light still on. We message them telling them the truck is making funny noise from the exhaust and check engine light is still on. They won't message us back. After a month we finally get a hold of someone and they agreed to look at the truck again. We take the truck back and they try to say someone tried to steal our cats again this, is after telling us noone would try and steal the aftermarket parts they put on. We ask how so and they say the Y pipe is cut. I asked if they fixed it from the first time the cats were stolen at their shop they then say no it was fine then. I remind them of the police report we filed out saying the pipe was cut. So they finally agreed to fix it since it they didn't the first time. So we finally get our tuck back a week later after telling us we would have it back right away. Fast forward a couple months later still have a problem with the check engine light they never looked at and there is still a problem with the exhaust.
