Charlies is a chop shop style body shop and I am extremely disappointed in their quality of work and business. They only replace what you can see and not the actual problems. They half ass everything and do not own up for their mistakes. Now I owe another shop because they did not wait to hear back from the insurance company. Yeah they'll get you in fast but believe me you will not be happy when you find out you waisted your money on this company.

After I received my tank back, the custom paint job was split out on all the corners with visible dents sticking out from the inside like it had been overly turned or rotated. The tank wasn't in bad shape to begin with and didn't need to be turned so heavily. Bluebaugh did state that the tank could get scratched during the process but they never said it would break/crack the paint off and dent the tank out-word. The owner Louie stated they have always done it this way and they worn people about this could happen. Never did they say it could dent the tank out-word and split the paint off. Louie was not willing to offer a refund on cleaning the tank out. Cost $162.00. Now I have a $500 bill to fix the damage they caused. Take note of this. I would think twice before using them. I won't use them again and all the people that I know that know them are surprised Louie is this way about the damage. He doesn't think they did anything wrong. Everyone I know said they will go elsewhere too.
