I would give zero stars if I could. Took my 2019 Audi Q7 in for an oil leak. They said it was a…read moregasket seal and took the engine apart to fix. However after 4 trips back due to the engine and oil light still coming on after each supposed repair, and about $1,400 later, I took it to a well known European shop in Westerville. They found that the fuel lines were bent, they replaced the PC valve with an aftermarket part that had duct tape on it and clamped off a coolant line to the turbo charger. And to top it off there was still an oil leak because they used a generic oil plug and ring. I spent an extra $3,600 to fix the damage they caused. I asked for reimbursement for the costs and was refused any by the owner Dave. They told me they had worked on Audi's before but clearly they didn't know what they were doing. Lesson learned

After I received my tank back, the custom paint job was split out on all the corners with visible dents sticking out from the inside like it had been overly turned or rotated. The tank wasn't in bad shape to begin with and didn't need to be turned so heavily. Bluebaugh did state that the tank could get scratched during the process but they never said it would break/crack the paint off and dent the tank out-word. The owner Louie stated they have always done it this way and they worn people about this could happen. Never did they say it could dent the tank out-word and split the paint off. Louie was not willing to offer a refund on cleaning the tank out. Cost $162.00. Now I have a $500 bill to fix the damage they caused. Take note of this. I would think twice before using them. I won't use them again and all the people that I know that know them are surprised Louie is this way about the damage. He doesn't think they did anything wrong. Everyone I know said they will go elsewhere too.

After an exhausting several attempts and talking with several other companies, I was either told that they couldn't send someone ( so much for 24 hour towing) or that they only took cash. Ken showed up very quickly, called me on his way, and was adamant that he was going to help me! He was organized and professional and knew what he was doing. After we got the car running he even stayed to make sure it would work out fine for me. He ran my credit card right there with a machine, printed me a receipt, and was extra detailed on the paperwork. When he left he said, hopefully you won't need roadside assistance again, but if you do, here is my card. His fee was only $50 which was extremely reasonable at 6:30am I will definitely call him if I need someone! The previous reviewer must have some personal thing against Ken.

I truly felt valued as a customer. When the gentlemen arrived to tow my car they were friendly, proficient, and FAST at their work. My wife went to pick up our items from the truck. The gate was open so she pulled inside it. A large man came out screaming and yelling at her. He cursed at her REPEATEDLY and stood nearby glaring at her intimidating. She wasn't comfortable staying as he yelled "Are you done yet?" If you EVER need a tow...don't call or ask or accept one from these guys. EVER! I'm a pastor and I make enough of my own mistakes. But this was out of line and the height of verbal abuse to anyone. We weren't trying to cause problems and just trying to get our belongings and felt like 3rd class citizens. He didn't want us there as he acted like they were closing and we shouldn't be there longer than a couple minutes.
