There were a couple service companies that either had other calls or did not want to tow us the 80 miles. I can't say enough good things about Hensley's towing and recovery out of Bucyrus, Ohio. Once they received our info which actually came from the Ohio State Patrol, they reached us within 30 minutes. Jim, the tow driver, was awesome and helped immediately and got our vehicle back home. I really appreciate the service that Hensley's gave and the willingness to tow our vehicle the 80 miles on a Sunday evening when other companies bailed out.

What I was told, and what he told my mother, would be a $450 tow..... which is…read moreridiculous......Randy Tyler decided to raise to $1482.46!!! My insurance denied my claim, so when my body shop told me how much this joker had actually charged for the tow, I reached out to A-Rays towing to explain the situation and to see if he'd possibly reimburse me for the extra $1000 that he thought my insurance would be paying him. He had a million excuses as to why he couldn't do that. His back account was frozen, he only had $3 to his name, he already spent the money from my tow on a new toy for his truck, since the body shop used a credit card it was an extra $150, since he towed it to my town the next day that was an extra $250, the$450 estimate was "just off the top of his head and he'd be LOSING MONEY if he reimbursed me for the other $1000", blah blah blah. This man is a crook, he's a liar, and he charges whatever the f**k he wants no matter what price he tells you. So yourself a favor and learn from my experience. Go with ANYONE else to tow your vehicle. This man does not deserve your money.
