When a young kid is in that situation, a little compassion goes a long way. We went to the lot the next day to finish clearing the car. The lady in the office answered our questions and the gentleman that accompanied us to the car reminded us to get the plate (he even removed it for us). Being that we were in a horrible situation with an accident and the car likely being totaled, every Shamrock employee we encountered made it a little better by being friendly and helpful.
