I paid $2556.79 which was half of the total amount. The lights were never installed and I was told multiple times via text that I would get a refund check in the mail but never did. Shortly after this happened, I received a letter from the pool plaster company, Modern Method Gunite, stating that Trey never paid for our new plaster and there was now a lien on our property for $11,970. All in Trey owes us and the plaster company a total of $14,526-all of which was paid in full by us prior to the work being done or promised to be done.
