The product consisted of a simple wood valance with a plastic hanging from it, and the sides were unfinished without proper seams. For the price I paid, the quality was far below my expectations. As a customer, I felt completely dismissed after spending a significant amount of money. I believe the product was overpriced for the quality delivered, and I feel the sales presentation created expectations that the finished product did not meet. If I had known what I would actually receive, I would have never made the purchase. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Rockwell shutters. I encourage anyone considering this company to ask detailed questions, inspect samples carefully, and make sure they fully understand exactly what they are purchasing before signing a contract.
