This was extremely helpful for me as I live out of state and was trying to monitor and manage the work from afar. Jose explained all the work to us in advance and went over all options with us before we started. They provided a detailed estimated that went over all the work that was found after the roof was inspected. After the project was completed they have been very helpful on follow up items and provided me all the paperwork for my warranty as well as managing the permit with the city that was opened. We called Jay and he was at our house a day later with all the information we needed. Within a week they were at our house taking off the old roof and installing a new roof. His crew was great! They arrived on time and worked all day until the sun went down. They had a little more to do so they came back the next morning, finished up, and cleaned up our yard, and our neighbors on both sides where some debris went. They used that big magnet to get any nails that had fallen. Jay came by in the morning when they started, came back during the day, sent us photos, from the crew, of the progress they were making on the roof. Called us to tell us there were no issues on the old roof, took photos when they were done. All-in-all a great job and we would recommend Jay and company to anyone looking for a great roofing company. On a side note, Texas Roofing & Siding is a turnkey company. We also needed a couple of trees removed. He has another crew that does that. They came out a few days later, cut down 2 trees, ground the stumps, trimmed a couple of other trees, and cleaned up the yard when they were done. The install crew were professional and not slackers at all. Gutters look great and barring another pecan tree fiasco I expect to never have to replace gutters again. The price was few hundred lower than the other bid. Raintite had multiple choices for leaf guards and I chose the one that was more expensive but will be easier to blow clean. We have incredible amounts of debris from pecan and other trees.

Chris came out the next day after I contacted him for a quote and gave us a really good estimate on our leaky roof. After getting a few other quotes we decided to go with Chris and he came out the next day and got everything done since there was going to be lots of rain this weekend. He even gave us a 2 year warranty on all the work he did which made me feel assured that he did a good job on the roof. I highly recommend Chris to anyone. He is really easy to get a hold of and is always punctual. Even though he had a lot of other projects going on at the same time I am glad that the entire process only took a few days.
