    Personal pizza

I came here for a private event. I have never been here and was surprised by how huge this place is. Definitely a good place for larger groups. It's perfect for watching games too-TVs are everywhere and the energy is really good. Service, overall, is quick and attentive. I got a personal cheese pizza - it was okay, nothing amazing but not bad either. Overall, 3-ish stars rounded up to 4.

Probably my favorite bar in the west village, we been here for England futbol, the Knicks games and post Knicks parade for some more World Cup soccer, RJ holds us down every time it's A1 service. Always such a fun time. Great AC in the summer heat, a bunch of tables to space around and great bartenders. The finger foods are also fantastic. Their menu is great. We will keep returning for big sporting events.

Casual bar to hangout with friends. They have a pretty much collection of drinks. Food are okay. I had empanadas sampler which filled me and went well with drinks. DJs onsite playing the music so you enjoy and relax. You can grab some table games to play with your friends and even can make friends with other people.

    Beers after a run!

Looking for a large beer hall in Manhattan with beers under $10? Granted that's during happy hour but otherwise, look no further! Houston Hall has been one of my haunts since I moved to NYC eons again and although I might not frequent as often as I did, I know it's a solid space for beers and sports especially during questionable weather. I really don't have any negative things to say about Houston Hall. Although the space is huge it can get crowded pretty fast especially on big game days. They have at least 2 huge screens to watch stuff on. Some waiter service but when it's busy you're better off going up and ordering things yourself. Food is typical beer hall food - salty, unhealthy, delicious. Giant Bavarian pretzels, bratwurst bites, nachos, you've got it. Oh and for you non-locals it's pronounced like Houston Street, not like Houston, Texas.

Interesting ambiance. Came here for a friend of a friend's bday. Walked in and it's a huge place filled with plenty of large tables for large groups. There are menus on the tables but no service, asked one of the guys walking around if we could order food, drinks then he snatched the menu from us. Very confused??? We went to the bar and the bartenders were so rude. Ordered the frozen margarita ($16) and it tasted like the BJ's margarita mix .. could not even sip it - very sweet / acidic. I don't think I'll be back ..

I love this place! I've walked past it several times but hadn't gone in til yesterday. We went to watch a wildcard NFL playoff game and there was a good amount of people, but it wasn't crowded at all since the place is so big. They have a variety of games, food, and drinks. Love to see it! I was pleasantly surprised by the pulled pork sliders and I loved the pretzel. The happy hour is lengthy and the deals are good. The DJ was playing hit after hit. There's truly something for everyone here and this might be my new game day spot!

Irma took care of our party!! she is the best. she will make sure you have an amazing time. ask for Irma and tip her well!!!!!

Damn 3.4 stars wtf is wrong with y'all!? This is an ELITE place to come and watch a game. We came here to watch the USC vs Washington game in what was an absolute SHOOTOUT. They had 4 different college football games on 4 different projectors, fans of each watching the screen that their team is playing on. My big bro even started rooting for Michigan because he saw a couple cute girls in Michigan gear. "Wow, your offense looks good!... What year did y'all graduate tho??..." Next thing I know he's in the middle of their long picnic table making them all laugh smh. I just came to watch a game...... I love Houston Hall because there are tons of people but there is still AMPLE space, as its prior use was for horse stables and carriages. This amount of room is an absolute luxury in New York. It really reminds me of being in Texas watching a game. Shoutout to Texas Live one time. They have the big boy Steins of beer that will at least last you a full half, unless you're a BEAST! One of my other big bros was getting the medium sized beers though and we were on his head for it, he might be downgraded to lil cuzzo after this. USC ended up losing the shootout, and my boy Caleb Williams ended up crying in his Mom's arms in the stands and getting clowned for it. I feel him though. Sometimes you just need a good cry smh there's nothing wrong with a man being vulnerable. Thank you Houston Hall. I will see you next weekend when Oregon is gonna WHOOP us. IG @jnov_ Tiktok @jnov__

Whether you're upstairs for the 3rd floor vibe, mid-level for the perfect sightline, or down in the cozy den with the best acoustics, this is New York sports bar energy: loud, a little brazen, impossibly welcoming. A surprisingly deep bench of Canadian bottles lined up behind the bar, there's a real variety here, enough to make a whiskey nerd settle in for the evening and enough to make a curious novice feel like they've wandered into a very friendly master class. In my opinion the best move? The whiskey flights. Instead of committing to one bottle like some kind of monogamist, you can work your way through several pours side by side, tasting the differences across Canadian distilleries and styles. It's basically a tiny road trip across Canada, while you stay planted at the bar. I actually made a stop at the Irish bar down the street before landing here, which made the whole evening feel less like bar-hopping and more like an extremely efficient international tour.
