With that said, I am so impressed with this facility. I did not know what to expect when my wife got me some lessons for Christmas. This was intimidating for me, as I am not very confident in my golf game. However, Brady Stapp put me at ease immediately. He has a way of teaching that gives you confidence. I learned more in my first hour session with Brady than I have in my entire adult life about golf. First we worked on my swing, we spent the entire first lesson on this aspect. Day 2 we reminded ourselves of day one and then worked on the short game. Once again, mind blowing how much I learned from Brady in such a short time. I am disappointed in myself for not getting in to see Brady sooner. We have since moved back to North Carolina. However, I will take these learning with me and keep moving forward. Thank you Brady!

The clubhouse was nice. I loved the white and black decor. The cart rental was $27. Meh. My husband walked the front 9 and had over 12,000 steps so you can tell, the holes are pretty spaced out. When going with a little kid, having a cart wasn't terrible so we weren't trailing behind so much. Driving range and chipping and putting green were open and in good condition. Loved that they were RIGHT THERE and not a hike away. The course itself was pretty nice. The fairways and greens were well taken care of. Some of the cart paths could use some work, they're broken and cracked. Some reader weren't sure if they were marked out of bounds or not. We'd see a red stake but no other stake... so is it out or not??? Bunkers were not ranked and hard as a rock. Of course the bunker our kid hit into didn't have a rack available since we were able to pick it up, rake and drop. (Ugh) There were workers draining some bunkers that had turned to swimming pools. The front 9 were a bit challenging to our 8 year old. He took a 50 but had some sh*t shots. My husband wants to come back and play all 18. So we'll definitely be back! 5-star for being just plain unique and a fun experience.

I had an excellent experience at Saddle River Range. The customer service, facility cleanliness,…read moreactivity options, prices, and equipment availability all exceeded expectations. From reservations, to checking in, to lane usage, the whole journey was refreshingly smooth making for a very fun time. The facility was exceptionally clean, well staffed, and the displays of equipment were impressive. Upon entrance, I was immediately greeted by a bright and friendly woman who helped me get acquainted with the procedures. I was checked in by a delightful man named Tim. Tim had also helped me with my reservation and made sure, I was accommodated appropriately. Very professional. This was my first time at a gun range and my experience was limited, so I really appreciate how Tim understood my situation and included other staff members to help make sure I was comfortable with lane and weapons handling. A cool thing I learned, most of the staff is current or prior military. People who really know their trade and love what they do. I respect that. I was also introduced to a superb training instructor named Craig Terry. Craig helped refresh me on the fundamentals and guided me as I re-familiarized myself with the M15. Craig is observant and tuned into exactly the guidance I needed. Craig is respectful. His instruction and patience truly revitalized my confidence and gave me the best insight on what I needed to focus practicing on. I am very grateful to the time Craig gifted me. The lanes are comfortable, clean, and spacious. I didn't feel any hindrance about my surroundings and locking in was seamless. The target was easy to adjust and set nice and fast. The policies made sense and operations were a breeze. Ammo was decently priced and accurate to market value. All costs were very reasonable, especially for the atmosphere provided. I am impressed with the variety of weapons activities offered and particularly pleased with the variety of rentals available. I am beyond satisfied with what I paid for what I got. I had such a great time at Saddle River Range and I've been bragging about the place since. I already reserved two more sessions and I plan to bring a friend. I can see this becoming a weekly activity for me. Get this, they have a discount Happy Hour Monday - Thursday and free full-auto on Friday!
