This barber studio is full of talented barbers ! We see Chris for my son who is Autistic and Chris is patient and kind with him and makes him look amazing! I appreciate the time he takes to make sure my son likes the way he looks and feels good and the price is reasonable and affordable. The last couple of times we went for service, I noticed another autistic client and I recommended this barber studio for families with special needs as they have an inviting and supportive environment along with plenty of entertainment, from video games, TVs and the COMEDY of the barbers interactions. I personally appreciate this studio for also having a braided available as I was able to also get my hair done by Nique, who did an EXCELLENT job on my stitch braids; her work was friendly and fast and the quality is perfect 10. A barber at this establishment @blessedbarber cut my son during his services. When informed he stated that I would receive a discount for the error. Upon further review the cut is now a permanent scar. I explained this to the individual and stated that a free cut would be more appropriate given the circumstances. The barber instead became defensive and attempted to view himself as the victim. I do not like how I was handled and how I was felt to feel that my concerns were bothersome. As a parent I encourage everyone to not utilize their services not only are they inept at their job but they are also rude. read more

It's not just a haircut, but it's an entire experience. I need a break from my everyday life to talk sports and complain, not just sit there quietly. And let me tell you something, my guy Kamal will get that fade right like no other. Kamal puts a tremendous amount of time into honing his skills as a barber, and you can tell that just from the pictures on here. What you can't see, is the patience and experience that he puts into every haircut. We have found a new barbershop! I'm so glad. It's closer and cheaper. My son was in dire need of a haircut because we shaved all of his hair off a few months ago and even before then, he hadn't gotten a haircut since March. I saw great reviews and decided that it was time for me to let my son get out of the house for a quick cut. All of the staff wore masks and gloves and everyone is required to wear a mask when sitting in the waiting area. When we walked in, we were greeted and asked if we had an appointment. We did and my son was taken care of immediately. We didn't have to sit and wait for 15 minutes. We didn't have to wait for the barbers to finish any conversations. Everyone was very professional. I. Love. That. Rico was the barber cutting my son's hair and he was awesome. He asked what we wanted and since I'm still clueless about haircuts, I told him I just wanted some of it shaved off and for it to look good. I don't know anything about numbers or shapes lol I have found that some shops can play some pretty disgusting music and as a Christian mom of 3 kiddos, I want to mention that I heard some songs that had me raising my eyebrows at first...but I feel like someone was playing it from his/her phone and made sure to skip through the cuss words. Stuff like that might not mean much to some people, but it was one of the things that made me feel comfortable mentally switching barbers in my mind and making the decision to come here for future haircuts. When Rico finished, my son looked like another 12 year-old. His hair looked fantastic! As we walked out of the shop, he told me he wanted to keep coming back and I agreed. I came because I saw that a gentleman named Kamal has experience with kids and I have to say my expectations were surpassed when I brought my 2 year old son for a cut. Everyone was welcoming upon our arrival and the wait was short. It was Friday, and we had an appointment. The barber shop was clean too that's a plus. When it came time for my sons haircut Kamal was extremely patient, he works well with children and even had some tricks to warm kids up to the idea of clippers. My son cried a little bit and Kamal was very patient, some other stylist even encouraged my son with a big smile and a round of applause, that definitely helped! Let me start by saying... I'm kinda picky...ok, very picky. When I started wearing my hair in a tapered cut a few years ago, I experienced a few REALLY bad cut experiences before I found Kamal. And what a find! As a female, I'm often concerned about the atmosphere of the shops I visit and more importantly that the barber can give me a clean and defined cut while maintaining a decidedly feminine look...Kamal manages this with incredible professionalism every time! I consider him an artist and love that he understands his clients enough to know what to do to add a little "flair" to my cut when I want something different but still need to look professional in the office. I'll definitely try out this spot again in the future, shout-out to HD - the barber who cut my hair. Because of him, I'll be back. If it wasn't for him, I honestly don't know how my experience would've been because of the customer service. It started off a little rough - I called to inquire about getting a fade, and whoever I spoke to was a little sarcastic when I asked if they specialize in fades (I just moved to the area from out of state and had been using the same barber for the past 15 years) so it was a legit question... It's a process trying to get comfortable with a new place and barber! I was advised over the phone to walk in for a cut. Upon arriving, the greeting I received wasn't so great. I was sort of looked at like "Can we do something for you!?" I had no idea what to do as there was no check in person so the welcoming was rough. HD approached me, and after that it was a wrap.
