$29 for a toddler's haircut? Wow! I've been here before…read morewhen they charged $25, which I already thought was high, but at least the stylist who cut my kid's hair back then was good. She no longer works here, and I wonder why the good stylists keep leaving. This time, the stylist messed up the back of my son's hair. But To her credit, she tried her best to fix it but ended up chopping off even more hair. To make matters worse, the receptionist (with curly hair) was extremely rude and disrespectful, with an attitude as though she were the CEO of a multibillion-dollar company! Higher prices, declining quality, and terrible customer service. Definitely not coming back!

I have tried the other hairdressers there and two of them have completely butchered my son's hair. I called the manager to let him know both times because I wasn't the one with him when he got his haircut. I've expressed that I wasn't happy with the cut, and he's offered for them to look at it. Honestly, there's not much they can do to fix the mistakes. It is full on butchered and just needs to grow back. I am so upset that I wasted $32 on a haircut that looks like I did it myself at home. Never going back, and I highly don't recommend this place if you are looking to have anything other than a buzz cut done. Ridiculous.

I appreciate the time he takes to make sure my son likes the way he looks and feels good and the price is reasonable and affordable. The last couple of times we went for service, I noticed another autistic client and I recommended this barber studio for families with special needs as they have an inviting and supportive environment along with plenty of entertainment, from video games, TVs and the COMEDY of the barbers interactions. I personally appreciate this studio for also having a braided available as I was able to also get my hair done by Nique, who did an EXCELLENT job on my stitch braids; her work was friendly and fast and the quality is perfect 10. I did not feel any pain while she worked or the day after yet again the quality is perfect! If you're in Katy, this is the spot for braids and barber. They even cut women's hair too! I took my 2-year-old in for a trim and left extremely disappointed…read more At the start, I clearly said I wanted to keep the top longer and showed a reference photo (low taper fade with length on top). When she asked about going short on the sides, I clarified again that I wanted the top left long. The sides were taken much higher than expected, and once she started cutting the top, there was no saving it. The length I had been growing out for a year was gone within seconds. Afterward, she asked, "How does it look?" I said, "I wanted it longer on top." She responded, "Oh, I thought you wanted it as short as possible so I kept going shorter and shorter." That was never communicated. Now I've got an Avatar Aang and not a Saja Boy! Not cool. I understand my toddler was crying and moving, but this was not just a difficult haircut--it was a clear misunderstanding of a very specific request, even with a reference photo. Given the outcome was the opposite of what was requested, I don't feel this service reflects what was agreed upon. I would appreciate the business reaching out to address this.

I called and made an appointment for my daughter to get braids and curls for family photos, I asked…read morethe receptionist who was the best person at that and she advised me that all the employees were good at everything so I went ahead with the appointment. When I got there, her stylist was an older Indian woman that didn't know how to do braids. I asked her several times to make her braids tighter so her hair wouldn't fall apart. She told me she couldn't ,and finally the manager Kristin stepped in and was able to braid her hair . This was a disaster and we will not be coming back here They should know in advance is capable of doing hairstyles before booking the appointment .

The layers were extremely uneven and did not blend or connect properly. The haircut looked rough and unfinished, and we ended up having to go to another salon immediately to have it corrected. It's located inside the store in front of the checkout registers. Wasn't sure what to except since there was only 1 woman working the store but we were the only customers so we got seated pretty quickly. Was nervous at first since she had some difficulty checking us in. Not her fault though since the check-in system was kind of confusing and they were having some internet trouble (the AT&T guy was walking in and out of the store getting things going). During his haircut, she was very calm and cheerful with him. Had some toy dinosaurs he could play with since the TVs/IPads were down due to the internet troubles. He didn't need the electronics and was happy with the toys she let him play with. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and we left happy. Will be back when we need to cut his hair again.
