Not her fault though since the check-in system was kind of confusing and they were having some internet trouble (the AT&T guy was walking in and out of the store getting things going). During his haircut, she was very calm and cheerful with him. Had some toy dinosaurs he could play with since the TVs/IPads were down due to the internet troubles. We first came here to get our two boys' haircuts months ago and had a wonderful experience. Keith…read morewas incredible, and the other stylist we had was just as great. We were happy to be back today. Unfortunately, today we were told Keith no longer works here, and our visit didn't go the same way. The stylist assigned to my 2-year-old seemed uncomfortable as soon as she saw his age and appeared to want to be anywhere else. I asked if we could do what worked last time, which was sitting with him during the cut. She said no, citing policy and saying she wasn't going to cut herself. Yet she immediately suggested another stylist might do it, which doesn't add up. If it were truly against policy, that wouldn't be an option. She seemed reluctant even about that, so we decided to take him elsewhere. What really stuck with me was that she then kept joking with another customer, within earshot of us, about how she refuses to cut herself. Not everybody is comfortable cutting children's hair, you should have left it at that. We had been polite throughout, and that felt unprofessional. Aside from the woman at the register, who was kind, the rest of the staff came across as rude and unwelcoming. With Keith gone, we won't be returning. I'd suggest the salon make sure every stylist is comfortable working with young children, or let families know upfront which stylists are.

She listened to what my vision was for my haircut, and we had such a great conversation about what would realistically work for me on hectic workday mornings. She and Shae are both delightful and even though it was my first time visiting, and I was a bit nervous, they both put me at ease and even hyped me up with my new haircut! I felt STUNNING when I left there! But wait! Imagine my surprise when I checked my mail a few days later and found not only a personalized thank you note from the ladies thanking me for trusting them with my hair, but also a Birthday card with some glitter and a gift! I won't spoil the surprise of what the gift was inside, but yall, they just keep making me feel special!
