I went to look at the menu online I told them I wanted haircut and Hinoki and they told me they don't do that here. Made two appts for a blowout the night before (me and a friend) for 12:30pm and when we arrived for our confirmed appt, they proceeded to tell us that they could only do one at a time and we had to wait in the front while they finished up the walkins (4-5 people). I would not recommend Demi for highlight. She used color without asking and died my natural hair. All I ask was for partial highlights which she left entire section around the right side of my face with no highlights. When I questioned her she got real rude and another girls stepped in and changed the color for me but it still looks awful and damaged my hair. I am beyond disappointed with this place and wish could give zero stars. My daughter's hair color came out worse then how she went in. The toner applied left her hair ashy and dark, no where near what was supposed to happen. Even worse, the salon showed no solution of how to fix what they did to her hair and had the nerve to blame my daughter for not better explaining what she wanted, even though showed a picture. To say the least, I will not be going back. I have taken my son here since he was three years old today. I have waited over an hour and a half to get a haircut. When I first arrived, I sat down because they were busy and I was not greeted or approached, however, a lady and her daughter walks in same race as the owners, the owner approaches the lady and greet her gets her signed in and walks right past me . and then I say hey I also need a haircut for my son. I just walked in 10 minutes ago. They told me I have to wait and it's because of the family that was already there. I was OK with that and I was OK with waiting. The lady who walked in after me she ends up leaving the store for the remaining time that I am waiting at the store for a haircut. Keep in mind. I was also there before her. After one hour and a half of waiting, the lady returns and sits down in the lobby for about 10 min. When it's time for the customers to get their haircut, the ladies asked who is next. That's when the customers in the lobby and myself say me. They sat my son down and I told them I wanted a taper fade and she told me she couldn't do it only 1 inch. There was another lady there available but she was halfway done with her customers here which would've taken another 15 to 20 minutes and I have already waited an hour and a half. Considering I felt malicious intent from the owners themselves I believe they were putting that woman in front of me because she was their race and could speak their language. The reason I'm saying something is because my four-year-old son can notice they were being racist towards him. read more

He has had a perm before but was needing another before school started and where we normally go was completely booked so I had to find someone asap. They were quick -I mean QUICK- to get me an appointment. Everyone was very nice, it was a clean and peaceful facility. I had Kimberly do my hair and I am in LOVEEEE. I showed her the picture and she matched it perfectly. We changed the length of the curtain bangs to what I was more comfortable with and I'm just astonished. Price was very fair too. So, when I showed Victoria what I wanted I was a bit skeptical, she absolutely nailed it! I am so over joyed at how my hair turned out.
