1st time visit and was impressed with the layout of the shop. It is large compared to other shops that I have visited. There were 10 stations with several tvs playing. It seems to be pretty diverse as far as clientele. I was told about this place by one of my old coworkers. My barber just moved in and he seems to like it a great place to get a cut. Definitely like the ambiance here. Nice music in the background. I will be returning. read more

First time to Moe Better Cuts. The place is awesome! It's really huge, but you don't see it when you first walk in. The place has an are for your little ones to hang out while you get your hair done. The racial diversity is probably the coolest thing about this place! There are not a lot of places (that I am aware) that cater to everyone! It's a little more expensive perhaps but it's worth it! In the words of someone famous "I'll be back!" read more

I went to this place because it was one of the only barbershops in the area that was accepting walk ins. Whatever you do, avoid gene the barber he has a black and gold Louis Vuitton Supreme barber cape cover. The fade was ok, but he doesn't clean his razors. I have razor bumps all over the back of my neck. I know it's not because of sensitive skin because this is the first time I received razor bumps from a haircut. read more

I'm in town for two days from Baton Rouge and J3 hooked me up with a great fade and beard trim. Great conversationalist who knows his craft; takes time to tend to all the details. I picked MBC because of their ratings here, so wanted to pay it forward by sharing my own experience. They really made me feel welcome. read more

Kamal worked magic on my 10 yr old sons hair. I gave him an idea of what I was thinking of, and he took care of the rest. Clean, sharp, and extremely friendly and professional. So glad a colleague suggested Moe Better Cuts - thanks Moe and Khalila. We will definitely be coming back and will ask for Kamal. Well done! Nancy read more

Justin for the win!!! This guy is awesome. My son had a haircut a few days ago that I wasn't completely satisfied with, so my friend suggested that I take him to Moe Better Cuts and see Justin. He was friendly, fast, and did a great job. The whole team there is very friendly. I honestly felt like I was at home while we were there. I didn't have to wait forever either, which was a huge plus. My son has wavy hair and it's hard to find someone who knows how to do it perfectly. Justin made it look easy. We will keep coming back for sure. read more

Called ahead about an appointment for my soon to be 3 yr old, and was instructed to walk-in. Great location with nice atmosphere. Everyone was busy when we arrived, but the wait wasn't long. They have a kids play area which was a major plus. Lenzo did the cut and it came out great. We are new to the area from out of state. Will definitely return. read more

Moe Better Cuts - Cut by Lenzo @moe_better_cuts - Barbers Near Me - Katy, Texas

"Trusted Fades"Barber Name Keith is Very unprofessional and disrespectful! Never on time with cuts even when you have an appointment. Iv Always understood and waited patiently more then 30min. Me and my son Had to wait an hour a few times with having an appointment. Then when your running late like 5 or 10min it's a problem. Even 1 or 2min. Then curse you out once you check him on being unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone too sit in his chair. No stars if it was an option. So I just want everyone to see how Keith is being unprofessional and lien to make his self look good. So after my review up above. He saw it was more upset that he added no shows and canceled appointments on my account so now I have to provide proof to prove my case. Pay attention down below. You will see On the app how Keith put no shows or canceled. Then you will see my payments, and text to show he at times how he moved my appointment times and the communication between us. Obviously he was getting paid as you see my apple payments so how can I be no show but I paid you? On July 31 I was there on time no barbers was even at the shop once I got there. Waited for over an hour because he was in bed sleep. I had to get cut by another barber name Jalontae. He is my witness and also tried to call and text him for me but yet there's a no call on my end. This man is delusional texting my spouse sending her screen shots of what I said above as if she's not sitting right next to me or don't know what's going on. I can only add 6 photos but there's another like on April 26 you can see my payment but he put a no call no show. read more

Lenzo did a badasss job on my Fade, Beard and lines. I walked in after I went to a crappy shop that messed my hair up and she saved it! Clean!! The Shop is a true barber shop. I've been going to Moe for about 3 years now. I decided to do the big chop. Initially, I went to another "master" barber and was not satisfied at all. Moe came to my rescue! I was referred to him by another excellent barber in the Atlanta area. I always get compliments on my haircut from both men and women. I've learned to carry some of his business cards with me at all times because that's how often I get asked who cuts my hair. Lol. I can't see myself going to another barber. Moe' s blending skills are impeccable! I also like that he's professional and operates by appointment so I'm not sitting around waiting. I'm in and out. Moe's haircuts are a little pricier than some other barbers BUT you get what you pay for! The other barbers in the shop are good as well. I've gone to Will in cases where Moe was booked up. read more

I would like to start out by saying that I am one of the most pickiest fu**in people when it comes to my haircut. I first heard about this place on instagram @moe_better_cuts and my expectations were set high from the start. When we arrived, the place was ordinary. I guess I expected some big fancy shindig and was surprised to see nothing out of the way. Still optimistic we walked in and again saw that it was and ordinary barber shop. It had a plain but comfortable feel to the place. The first person that greeted me was the owner and he was very friendly. He asked if I was a walk in and then pointed me to the other guy that was working. The other guy also being very friendly. He proceeded to ask me what style I wanted and got right to it. When he was done I was very satisfied with the cut. The owner came by to check on his work and gave some constructive criticism. He looked the job over and after giving his final ok, He snapped a pic for the website and I was good to go. Overall this is now my go to barber shop, I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone and will definitely be returning! read more

I recently searched for a barber on yelp and found This shop. I saw Kamal did designs so he was my guy. Moved to Katy in March. Being that I haven't had a professional haircut in over 15 years, I wanted to find a good shop with talented barbers I can trust. I found Moe in May, and was definitely pleased with the result of my cut. I may "Walk-In" today to see how that goes, but definitely book appointments. read more

First visit to Moe Better Cuts. My barber Ricco is new to this location and I must say I loved the interaction between owner-Moe and customer. Moe was attentive while cutting hair, acknowledging customers as they walked by and thanking them as they left. The other barbers, along with customers interacted over sports, food, fun, etc... There's an area to keep kids occupied. Spaces are clean, barbers helped each other sweeping up, no questions asked. Great experience. I can't end this without giving my Barber, Ricco, FIVE STARS for quality service. Who Dat to Slay! read more

My fiancé and I decided to try Moe Better Cuts so he could get a nice clean cut and beard grooming before our engagement photos. We booked online and were seen by Moe, himself. Moe was super personable and friendly, and he took his time to get to know us as well as give my honey the cut he was looking for. The cut was perfect, and the overall experience was better than we could have expected. We will definitely be back. read more

My son (15) told me he hates Super cuts and wanted to go to a REAL barber. So I did a google search for shops in our area. Moe Better Cuts came up and decided we would give it a shot and see how my son liked it. We were greeted warmly as soon as we walked in. We had to wait for a little bit being walk ins and the shop was busy. After my son got his hair cut and we walked out he said "I definitely want to come back to this place". So that's that. Clean shop. Friendly and skilled barbers... perfect. My son found his barber shop! Thanks guys!! read more

Very pricey but you get what you pay for with them. They never disappoint. I recommend scheduling versus a walk-in due to the wait.

My son is very picky about his hair and he absolutely loves this place! We have paid less at other places but we are ok with paying a little more knowing that my son's hair will look amazing! read more

If you live in the Katy/Houston area this is the Barbershop for you. The Barbershop is always kept clean, the restrooms are always clean as well. I have tried every barber in the shop and they all are amazing barbers! I typically go to the shop owner (Moe). I have gotten my haircut here for about 3 yrs now and I will not go to any other Barbershop. The cuts are always consistent and he listens to what you, and how you want your hair cut. If you have a chance to go, schedule an appointment online and you will love your experience! read more

After moving to Katy from Atlanta I was in need of a good barber for my son. After my friend told me he gets his hair cut at Moe Better Cuts I decided to check them out. The location was very easy to find and not too far from I10 freeway. I was also greeted by the owner and he escorted me to barber known as Trimz. I told Trimz I was a bit nervous and he politely gave me his Instagram name (@mr.trimz) to check out his work. After reviewing his work, I was very confident in allowing my son to sit in his chair. Afterwards, my son LOVED IT(he is still talking about his design 3 days later lol) and I was very pleased with the outcome I tipped generously. No doubt in my mind I will be returning!!! read more

This is by far the best barber shop around the city. There are places you go where only the master barber can provide great service but not this place. Every barber does great work and are very professional. I would recommend this place to anyone and I actually make a 40 min drive weekly just to get great service. read more
