I cannot recommend this business at all. What they want is for you to not be home when they clean. Attention working families! They will zip right through and do a very light cleaning. They like it best when you don't know how long they have been at your home. High pricing for a minimal job. Young women, smell like cigarette smoke, answering their cell phones, chit chatting on your dime. They do show up So if you want to pay sky high prices for light cleaning just because they show up, this is the cleaning service for you. Oh and they will raise your fees often with excuses of paying minimum wage etc. The workers do not benefit, I asked. We have been using this business to clean our home for years, and have been happy with their work. They try very hard to send the same person or crew consistently, and the housekeepers do a great job, getting to know us and our preferences. The housekeepers have always been respectful, helpful and knowledgeable about cleaning products. I was referred to this company as a reliable, get the job done sort of place. The lady on the phone seemed nice when I called, and we set up an appt. to have my condo completely cleaned, from top to bottom, and everything in between, like the fridge and stove. They did not show up. Which really sucked, because I had potential buyers look at my place the next day, which is when my realtor called to tell me it looked like no one had cleaned. So I called them back, and the reason I was given was they were having issues with their computer system and appointments made weren't showing up, but they would be out the same day to clean. My realtor went back later and said it looked like several areas were not clean. He got in touch with them to come out and clean more. Another agent went through after this and asked if we could have our place professionally cleaned because it doesn't look clean. So after one no-show and two "cleanings," I am going to have to hire another crew to come in and clean. I'm not sure what my $135 paid for, other than a whole lot of frustration and poor showings. read more

I didn't read a single review posted here before hiring HA to clean my condo while my husband was in the hospital recovering from neck and spinal surgery. They were absolutely horrible!! My apartment was already clean so I just wanted a deal clean for them to get in the corners and underneath things. It was just as dirty as when I got home. The major issue is that my jewelry was stolen. I confronted the owner and they brushed it off like nothing and the two girls who cleaned my place are still employed there. Housekeeping associates cleaned our Commerical property. The housekeeper threw out the keys to our house and those that unlocked out toilet paper rolls. The company hired somebody to replace them and he ended up drilling holes in all our bathrooms to replace the toilet paper rolls rather than provide us with new keys. The screws used were too long and they broke through to the other side in 9 bathroom walls. A major cost to repair and the Housekeeping associates didn't stand behind their work. Miracle Workers Housekeepers Associates are a godsend. Maria and Kristen in the front office are second to none. After hearing about them and then checking out the testimonials on their website. I decided to give them a call and ask how much it would be to have my home cleaned. They gave me a very affordable hourly quote which included cleaning supplies and equipment. They said it would be four to five days before their team could come out. I asked several questions and must say I am really impressed with their professionalism and their quick response time. The office staff lacked professionalism and a sense of responsibility for the consistency and quality of service. The initial cleaning was great (and cost extra) but subsequent cleanings slowly went down hill. We had area rugs moved but not vacuumed and not replaced. We had beds left unchanged. We didn't seem to ever have the same two people in succession. The final straw came last week when our house was skipped entirely (due to miscommunication within the company). I left a message about the issue and did not receive a return call. When I followed up I was given only a long list of excuses. I expected better and am disappointed. read more

Housekeeping Associates has cleaned our home every other week for the past 8 years. In that time I have never been disappointed - the team of two women do a great job of basic cleaning - honestly far better than I could do. They wash all the floors, change the beds, scour bathrooms and kitchen and do a superb job of dusting - high and low! The only issue I've had (and it has only happened a couple of times) is when the team has showed up earlier than scheduled. The Housekeeping Associates administrative team are great! They have always accommodated every schedule change request I've made including suspending the cleaning service for several weeks in the winter when we are gone. Actually had them clean my house for a couple of years and allowed my laziness to get the best of me and did not get rid on them earlier. There was always something missed during a cleaning. It was my dining room table that was the final straw when they missed it FOUR cleanings in a row and I wrote a number in the dust each time it was missed. By far the worst cleaners I have ever had, as well as the most expensive. I could barely tell they'd been here after their so called "deep clean" so I spent an hour going around the house wiping under bath mats, spot cleaning tiles, removing dust bunnies from behind doors, etc. Don't even think of hiring them! read more

The front office, Debbie, Maria and Kristen are outstanding both talking on the phone with us, as well as, making sure we are satisfied with each cleaning. In our experience, we have always received great service and the cleaners always make our home something to brag about. The cleanings are well done, smells are pleasant and the their service is done promptly and with smiling faces. We have recommended them to many others and the managers are always ready to correct any problems encountered from a miscommunication. They are willing to reschedule appointments and give a wonderful, quick and sparkling home back to us every two weeks.
