The Chicago themed items for sale in her store are good quality and reasonably priced. I will definitely return soon to score some more Chitown merch. Thank you, Marian.

I've driven by the shop several times and wondered what it was--I saw the solidarity fist; bar? Union headquarters? I found out what it was when I ended up here to buy souvenirs when flying home to visit family. They have TONS of stuff, lots of t-shirts and sweatshirts, but also hats, glasses, mugs... even pacifiers with the Chicago flag on them (you know I bought one for the toddler). They have some standard Chicago flag stuff but they also put their spin on it with some flags made with animal paws, or maybe my favorite was the one with apples on it. I think that's what lured me in, actually; my best friend is a teacher and I wanted to get one to take to her. The guy that works there told me the story, that the teacher's union was going to strike and this was a design they had come up with and Rep CHI started printing them. I looooooove the way the Chicago flag is used as the basis of so many designs and this is one of my favorites. Prices are super reasonable and you'll find lots of great stuff here. If you have visitors, I'd definitely bring them here first to look for souvenirs. The parking is fairly easy, all street in this area of Jeff/Portage Park. And grab a few of their little buttons on the way out!

Disappointing Workmanship, Poor Customer Service, and an Inadequate Resolution…read more I have been a customer of All Seasons for several years, and unfortunately, the quality of their workmanship and customer service is nowhere near what it used to be. I brought in polo shirts that I had purchased myself to have our company logo and employee names printed. All Seasons charged me a total of $524.63 for their services, not including the cost of the shirts. To avoid any misunderstandings, I provided a printed picture showing exactly how I wanted the uniforms to look. I also included handwritten instructions specifying the employee names, shirt sizes, matching gray lettering, and the font I wanted. The font, Script 12, was one I personally selected from the fonts advertised on All Seasons' own website. When I picked up the shirts, I was extremely disappointed. The employee names were printed much too close to the center buttons rather than in the positions clearly shown in my sample. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I did say that the placement "looks like shit." I won't deny using those words because that was my reaction to the finished product. However, my criticism was directed at the workmanship, not personally at the employees. I did not insult, threaten, or verbally attack anyone. The owner later emailed me acknowledging that there had been printing problems with some of my previous orders, but also suggested that some issues resulted from a gap between my expectations and what was reasonably achievable. I find that statement particularly disappointing. I provided an actual printed sample with written instructions specifically to avoid these kinds of mistakes. I even selected the font from their own website. What exactly was unreasonable about expecting the names to be positioned as shown? All Seasons attempted to remove the names from two shirts but informed me that the removal left visible gray marks and that further attempts could damage the fabric. They refunded me $198.90 out of the $524.63 I paid, leaving me having paid $325.73 for printing services on uniforms that were not completed as requested. What makes this even more frustrating is that I purchased and supplied the shirts myself. The refund does not cover the cost of the shirts I brought in, including the two they attempted to correct that now have visible marks. The owner also suggested that I find another screen-printing company for future orders. What she didn't realize is that I had already decided not to return. As a business owner myself, I understand that mistakes happen. What matters is how a company takes responsibility and resolves those mistakes. Refunding only the cost of the names while leaving a customer with improperly printed uniforms and visibly marked shirts is not what I consider a satisfactory resolution. I will be posting photographs of the original printed sample I provided, including my handwritten instructions, alongside photographs of the actual finished shirts. I wasn't asking for anything extraordinary. I was simply asking for the work to be done according to the sample I provided, especially when I paid over $500 for the printing and supplied my own shirts. Very disappointing experience after years of doing business with All Seasons.

Couldn't be more pleased with OneHourTees. (It'd make a good slogan - you're welcome!)…read moreIt was easy to order online. My account manager Garrett's email was helpful and clear. The price was great and the turnaround quick. I paid extra to upgrade the shirt, get a larger size, and get it in 3 business days. The shirt was ready in 1 or 2 days and only cost $25. And because they are local I could pick it up instead of having the extra time and expense to ship it. There was pickup window and I got my shirt in about 5 minutes. I wished I could have gone in and checked out the shirts on the wall, but the store was closed due to the pandemic. The shirt even came in a surprisingly nice box. Most of all, I was really pleased with how the shirt came out. The design was digitally printed on the shirt. The colors are correct and it looks pretty sharp. I was warned by a different company that it would not look good if done by digital printing. I don't know expect the print to last forever, but it looks liked I had hoped it would. The shirt itself is soft and seems to be good quality. I will definitely go back here the next time I have an idea for a shirt and would recommend to anyone who wanted a custom t-shirt.
