I came to my new company last year, and they were using a "big name" competitor. It didn't take me long to insist that we switch to Garvey's. With the unnamed competitor (I'll give you a hint, think "feather + ink"), we dealt with single orders coming in several shipments with several invoices (very annoying), they'd sometimes take up to a week to deliver, and FORGET customer service - it was all very corporate, cold, uncaring, and inconsistent. It must be a huge call center, because writing down the names of the reps I spoke to didn't do anything. If someone named "Mary" said she wrote notes on our account, the next person I'd speak to would not only say they don't see notes, but they don't know who "Mary" is. Nothing but headaches. It's been office supply bliss ever since we switched.

They said, "Of course!" and actually had it finished before the deadline and called to let me know. When I arrived at the store to pick it up, I asked if I could park out back and run in quickly, but whoever was staffed that day brought it out to me. A wonderful consumer experience and the t-shirt made my brother's day. I hope I need to order more shirts from them one day because they did a great job and provided a hassle-free experience. He worked closely with our STEAM coordinator to ensure that we had the materials to screen print almost 400 t-shirts. We had a student design the t-shirt, and Mike was able to make a screen print that looked exactly like the design. The students also loved being a part of the design and printing process. The materials used were high quality, and I know they will not fade after one wash. I would use Chicago Signs & Screen Printing again if we have another opportunity.
