I tried a few classes and have never felt like I have worked out so hard in my life and it felt so good!! They plan these amazing work outs for the entire body and change it up regularly. I ended up with the Elite membership going twice per week and paid the additional class for quite some time... During this time I was going to PT for runners knee. After doing the rower, my runner's knee healed on its own! The coaches are great! They will ask if anyone had any injuries and help you adjust to any workouts. In 7 weeks I dropped two sizes! People around me saw the results and asked what I was doing... All I did was send them my referral link. ;) As long as you focus on yourself and goals ... it's not so bad! It can be intimidating at first and a lot to learn all the verbiage and the structure of the class. Just show up and keep going. All the coaches are great here! Don't feel bad for going at your own pace! I don't. ;) Love the perks of a membership! You can go to ANY location with no extra fees! There's only a few that will charge extra.

It was a group class, which is great for motivation and some comradery. Because I was new, the coach paid attention to me to ensure my form was right. There was a little pressure to join after the free class - but because I liked it so much, I joined. I like that the gym has different plans based on how many times a week you come. There's nothing as bad as paying for services you don't use. I'm a happy member and can't wait for my fitness to improve this year!

If you're looking to shed some weight, A LOT of weight, or just even tone up and get that beach body then you need to give this gym a try. I've been to different locations and this one has become by far my favorite for multiple reasons: 1. The space of this gym is much larger than your typical Orangetheory gym, you don't have to worry about the tight spaces by the lockers or climbing one another while entering the workout room. You immediately see the difference once you walk into the studio. 2. The head trainer, Nikia, is by far my favorite coach at all Orangetheory gyms. I love the way she gives every single client equal amounts of attention, you'll never feel left out when she's coaching. I have certain training restrictions that prohibit me from using treadmills so as a result of that I stick to riding the stationary bike. I've always felt left out when going to other trainers because they usually forget to give direction to the one biking. I've never had that issue with Nikia, when she directs the treadmills to step it up she also instructs me to take it a step further on the bike and I love that. 3. The rest of the staff in the studio are just some of the most friendly bunch of people you'll ever meet. All of them are super approachable and welcoming and if you have any questions about something they are happy to help. The general manager of this studio, Maggie, did an amazing job of putting together an awesome team and you can see that everyone here works so well together. If you're looking for a new gym to call home, come check out the Spring location. It really is a gem.

I really enjoy the fact that its smaller and you don't feel like you are working out with the masses of humanity. There are always a variety of machines and equipment available no matter what time I have gone in. The gym is always super clean and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I am not a person who has ever loved to work out or a considered myself gym rat, but this gym makes working out a pleasant experience.

Woodlands Lagree is located in The Woodlands and is totally worth the drive even if you are not in the area. It is a top notch facility.
