I asked one politely to please go outside to the lobby which she did. I asked another politely and she just laughed at me and kept it up for another 20 minutes. I'd had enough and raised my voice to tell her to please take it outside. So one of the front desk people came in and told me my behavior was unacceptable and made them the victim! I was told they allow people to talk on their phones! She was a young girl as were the phone talkers and I'm just an old codger causing trouble. This is so rude. Talking on a cell phone while on a treadmill presents notable safety risks, reduces workout intensity, and breaches standard gym etiquette. Research indicates that conversing on a phone negatively impacts your balance by 19% and significantly lowers your average heart rate and treadmill speed. Loss of Balance: Multitasking divides your attention, causing you to fall out of sync with the machine and significantly increasing the likelihood of tripping or falling. Slips and Drops: Running while holding your phone can easily lead to the device slipping and falling off the machine. Keep it Low/Brief: If you absolutely must take an urgent call, keep the phone to your ear (or use headphones) and keep the conversation to 30 to 60 seconds. Using the speakerphone is widely considered rude and distracting to other gym-goers

From day one, I felt welcomed and comfortable, never intimidated or out of place. Trainer Mike Molek is absolutely outstanding. He is knowledgeable, patient, and truly listens to your needs and limitations. Mike takes the time to explain each exercise clearly and makes sure form and safety always come first. He knows how to challenge you without pushing you beyond what's appropriate, which has helped me gain strength, balance, and energy I didn't think was possible at my age. What I appreciate most is Mike's encouragement and positive attitude. He makes workouts enjoyable and motivating, and he genuinely cares about his clients' progress and well being. I feel stronger, more confident, and healthier than I have in years. I highly recommend this gym and Mike to anyone--especially older adults--who want professional guidance, a supportive environment, and real results. You're never "too old" to get stronger, and Mike proves that every day.

I was having to use a walker to walk any distance. I read that lifting weights was the best exercise to get stronger. I needed help. I walked in to Spring Fitness and met Micheal Molek. I ask him if he could help me. He said yes I can. I don't have to use my walker anymore. Micheal has helped me get so much stronger. I was next to being in a wheelchair and through his patient encouragement and being so knowledgeable about the body and what to do to make you stronger I can enjoy my life again. I can't thank Micheal enough. I get tears in my eyes writing this. Thank you so much Micheal!
