Woodlands Lagree is located in The Woodlands and is totally worth the drive even if you are not in the area. It is a top notch facility. I got to go to a soft opening and it was a transformative experience. The workout was intense and I was totally getting the shakes. Google the lagree shakes and you will see that it's a real thing! The price is pretty steep but comparable for Houston prices i guess. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the class schedule. They have a 5am and nothing else really until 4:45pm. That didn't work with my schedule. As they add more classes I'll definitely revisit joining.

They preach transparency is their core values but make sure to double check your credit card & that their not charging your account monthly even after requesting for cancelation. To my surprise, I found out that they never stopped charging my credit card after cancelation request. They did charge my credit card for 9 months and doesn't even want to process refund or even offer credits to use. I signed up in last week of April of 2024 because their very pushy to get you signed up. I informed them during signed up that I'll be traveling overseas by end of May & coming back Jul. They said don't worry we can pause your membership. Comes July as soon as we return I gave them a call that I needed to cancel my membership because I got leg injury. They told me over the phone "don't worry all is taken cared off. Please get well soon." SUPRISE! 9 months after, upon browsing to my credit card app, I saw HOTWORX CHARGES. I thought it's an April fools day charges but then I searched for HOTWORX I was pissed to see monthly charges since Aug 2024 to April 2025. Called them, and Ms. Channing the manager only said "Oh well you didn't come physically to cancel it". She said "Policy is Policy". I get it, I'm a business owner too but damn what part of cancellation request she didn't understand back in July!? On top of that I can guarantee you aside from generic marketing emails they ONLY COMMUNICATE with their CLIENT'S ONCE. See screenshot. I have tried to cancel since September…read more unfortunately the owner must be present to cancel and of course he's only there in the middle of the day because I'm told he has to pick up his kid from school. I have gone to the location, left messages and sent emails but as of Dec 1st I'm still being charged. Unfortunately, This is why people are hesitant to sign up for memberships, because it's a hassle to cancel.

Despite living less than a mile from another 24 Hour Fitness, I happily drive 5.5 miles just to attend her classes--she's that good. Hynetha is a petite powerhouse, full of energy and positivity. Her voice is pleasant, her demeanor is always kind, and she treats all of us seniors with genuine respect and care. She offers great variations for every exercise, making sure everyone feels comfortable and included. Her music choices are spot-on: upbeat Latin and oldies for Zumba Gold, and classic oldies for Silver Sneakers. The vibe is always fun and uplifting. I find myself smiling throughout the entire 60 minutes class. The time just goes by so fast. She creates a welcoming, joyful environment that keeps me coming back week after week. I have been pleased with the facility as well with the upkeep. Pretty good for a Super-Sport location. Note pictures attached. Bo set up a plan for me and then provided the motivation i needed for consistency. The gym is reasonably priced, clean and the manager is responsive. Best training ever!
