The aggressive pounding on the door was enough to scare our house and dog sitter, who was staying at the home while we were away. They used deceptive tactics in an attempt to get a response regarding court paperwork connected to a case that has absolutely nothing to do with us. They repeatedly showed up at our property at all hours of the day (830-9pm--unacceptable!) and engaged in behavior that was more like stalking and harassment than professional process serving. I have video evidence of the repeated visits, aggressive knocking, wild rhetoric, and attempts to peer into my home. If this is how this company conducts business, people should be aware before hiring them. Should this happen again, we will contact law enforcement and provide the footage for harassment concerns. Avoid.

I paid for white glove delivery service. I asked them to confirm when they first called to set delivery and they said oh yes it's white glove delivery. First delivery day was 1-5 pm, at 4:15 I called to check and they said they were way behind and would never make it by 5. They offered me 11-3 the following day and I accepted. I called back at 3pm and was told I wans't on their schedule at all that day. This time I was promised by Barrett that he would personally drive my furniture to me himself at exactly 11 am the following day (no wait window due to the inconveniences) with a call ahead at 10:15 to let me know he was on his way. I called him at 10:30 that morning and he said the table was on a truck and put me on hold, then told me the driver (not him personally as promised) had one more stop to make before me and my delivery would happen from 11:30-12. When the driver showed up he was alone and would only push the massive crated over 200 pounds coffee table through the door and left. NO WHITE GLOVE SERVICE

(except for the driver named Stefan)…read more -Are you looking to hire a trucking company that will PHYSICALLY ASSULT you or your employees? -Do you enjoy putting your employees in harm's way? -Do you want a trucking company that constantly drops the ball on their commitments? -How about a trucking company that doesn't make it's deadlines and fails to provide tracking info, so you have no idea when your shipment will arrive? -Do you need unnecessary damage to your building or property? -Most of all, do you want a trucking company with terrible customer service, who's customer service and dispatch people could care less when you have an issue? Well then....One Trade is the company for you! The company I work for uses One Trade for a twice (2x) weekly stock delivery covering multiple states and multiple stores, the service is so terrible between truck breakdowns, "weather" issues, and whatever else this company feels like using for an excuse. Very often, when there is an issue, they stop sending tracking updates and go silent, so we have no idea where our shipment is (usually about half of the truck full of our product). We have had multiple instances where One Trade has hit and damaged our building, with no resolution. One Trade has had a driver come to our location and physically assault an employee over being asked to leave the building when he became outwardly hostile; police were called, reports were filed, and the response from One Trade was, "ok........". We have had multiple incidents where their drivers have driven away from the dock while we have employees on the forklift actively unloading our trucks, our employees could have gotten seriously injured or killed (one did get injured from the assault). This is a bad company with bad people who ultimately care about your money and nothing else (quality and safety of the freight being delivered included)!
