The higher the price, the more cleaning involved. I think they said $750 was for a filthy gown so that should tell you something. She had 4 drinks spilled on her. They were married outside. She had to walk down a gravel muddy path. Then the reception was inside on old wooden floors. The bottom of her gown was almost black from all the dirt. Clearly those wooden floors had not been cleaned in a while. Gown was pristine after they hand cleaned it! And finished exactly when they promised. Highly recommend!

Their commitment to excellence in handling high-end garments with precision and care sets them apart in an industry where attention to detail is so so important! What truly impresses me about David and the Finto Premium Gown Cleaning team is their ability to deliver impeccable results quickly even on crunch time, without compromising on quality. When we bought my wedding gown with about 90 days to spare and a huge stain to get out, David and his team got it out as if it had never happened with ease and professionalism. I had taken my gown to them about 2 other times to get cleaned and steamed between bridals and getting ready for the big day and each time it came out perfectly! I've even brought my pageant gowns in to get refreshed after a long weekend and they took care of the extensive beading, pressing and cleaning with such ease! Whether it's removing stubborn stains or revitalizing delicate fabrics, they consistently exceed my expectations. Entrusting them with my most prized gowns has been a decision I've never regretted, and I wholeheartedly recommend their service to anyone seeking a premier gown cleaning experience. I Googled "best laundromat in Dallas" and ended up at Lemon Fresh Wash and Dry, a family owned business run by the fabulous Mrs. Pamela. This woman is an angel disguised as a laundromat queen. I came in to do a few loads, got distracted living my life, and completely forgot an entire load in the dryer. Didn't remember until after they closed. I called the next morning prepared to grovel, but Pamela just laughed and said, "I see them and I'm going to run them again so they aren't crunchy." Crunchy. She said that with love. And then she FOLDED THEM. Folded. Them. For. Me. Ma'am... what kind of customer service sorcery is this? When I first walked in and asked how her day was going, she said "Great! I never have a bad day." After meeting her, I fully believe this. She radiates the type of joy you can feel from across the room. If you want clean clothes and your faith in humanity restored, come here. I'm convinced Lemon Fresh isn't just a laundromat. It's a ministry. Highly recommend!
