I called the store and they apologized and said that I should schedule another pickup for Thursday and that they would make a "special" delivery run on Friday. I scheduled a Thursday pickup and put my laundry out late Wednesday night. It's now 10:00pm on Thursday and no pickup. I've asked that my account be closed and that my credit card be deleted from their records.
