I spent 3 nights here.
The rooms are small, but use the space well. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was spectacular!
They have a fantastic feature where you can press the "Do Not Disturb" button on your door and it makes keycards unswipeable, so no need to worry about the "DND" sign hanging on your door!
The staff here was great! From the front desk clerk who walked me, personally, to my door, to the breakfast attendants, everyone was gracious and went out of their way to make sure my stay was great! The day I left, the front desk clerk helped guide me where to find the 4euro airport bus from the hotel.
The breakfast buffet here was spectacular! Assortment of bread and pastries, eggs, bacon, cheeses, cold salami, yogurt, cold cereals, and a juice machine that had 5 different juice blends! They also had coffee and tea and you could request espresso or other coffee drinks from the breakfast attendants.
The only shortcoming of my stay was the noise. I was near the lobby and elevator and could hear loud parties of people coming and going as well as the mechanical grind of the elevator itself. I put my earplugs in each night and was able to sleep. Thus, I cannot recommend Room 96 if you are sensitive to noise throughout the night and early morning.
Other than that, it was a great stay and the location was phenomenal! Right on one of the main thoroughfares, Via Cavour, which was a 10min walk to Termini station, easy access to several bus routes, and walking distance to several landmarks. Though a little on the pricey side, it was clean, safe, and well located, so you definitely get what you pay for! read more
