They don't have a restaurant anywhere in town and I think this might have been their first event in the area, but they totally crushed it. Nate and I were planning to sample a lot of food at Festival, so we just got one order of samosas to share, but they were actually the best samosas I've ever had. The filling was not dry, the pastry was super crispy and flaky, yet held up to the filling, and they were flavorful and seasoned. The sauces (tamarind and cilantro chutney) were the perfect accompaniment and gave them an extra zing. I really hope I see Meetah again this summer so I can eat more of their samosas!

I usually get them pan fried and add some of their sweet sauce. Mandu are a tasty treat that you don't really see that often at restaurants in the area, so it's so nice to be able to get them at the market and around town! The owner is cool and fun to chat with and I always look forward to eating these dumplings.
