Long story short- my partner did a super botched job…read moreinstalling my floors a few years ago (just in case he's reading this, you tried your best but I'm sorry- ya did a bad job.) Came to Yelp to get some quotes and super happy I went with Interior Flooring Solutions! Here's why: 1. Quick service. Ruben replied to my inquiry immediately and we were able to schedule my free estimate (he was on time for my estimate). Something to note and why the quickness is appreciated- my work room is pretty small so obviously I'm aware my job wouldn't be a huge money maker (just being honest here, lol). With that being said, I was still treated like a valued customer with how eager he was to respond to my inquiry and take me on as a client. Also, I was turned down by a few companies since my room is small. 2. Once again, QUICK SERVICE! After my estimate, his team was able to work on my room within the next few days! We scheduled a time and they were actually there early! I still can't believe I finally found contractors who actually show up on time. A lot of times I've worked with contractors for various things and they are never on time or reschedule last minute. I'm super grateful to this company for being punctual. Lastly, they finished my flooring really fast. 3. Great quality. My floor looks amazing. When the team finished, they waited for me to inspect which is also appreciated. 4. Fair pricing. I'm happy with what I spent for my floors. To summarize: Swift service, great quality work, worth the money, and Ruben is just a really nice guy. You won't be disappointed with him and his team's services.

At first I didn't like the samples and he said Ms Pamela I got you. The next day he brought a few more samples and I feel in love. We decided on a color - he took measurements. I gave him a deposit and within a week everything was installed. His team showed up Saturday morning and installed my carpet! I'm really happy!

I had carpeting in my whole house done by this group before without difficulties. we were referred by my longtime interior designer who has worked with this company for many years. I had my whole house (two floors) done by this group before without difficulties, and I had been happy with the results. About three or four years ago, I had to replace carpet in my first floor. A couple of years later I needed the carpet stretched as it became wavy. Never had this happen before but, carpet needed stretching. It was done. Fast-forward two years, to now.. Carpet very wavy in all areas of the first floor, including where it had been previously stretched. I called the company to see about getting consultation with the intent of having my carpet stretched again. I called, left message with polite phone attendant who assured me that someone would call me back. Waiting. Waiting. Waiting. Waiting. Called again a month later. Same story. We will call you. Was told the service rep David would call me. Never happened. Called again a month later and it seemed like they were going to come do a consultation. Yay! I was interested in possibly redoing the whole first floor. Was called the next day and told that "we do not service your area anymore. I am sorry. Goodbye". it would've been very nice to know at the beginning that they *no longer serviced my area**, especially as I provided my address, my invoice number and date of previous repair to the attendant on my first phone call to this company. **I am very unhappy and would not recommend this company as their service reps are not interested in helping repeat customers.**

David and his team here did a great job going over options that were reasonably priced and were able to come out just a few days later to get everything installed. That also included demolition and minor repairs. Due to my work schedule, she was really flexible with my installation dates. I decided to make it easier for the installers and moved everything out of the house and into storage so that they can work efficiently without obstacles. The two installers arrived on time and began the demolition and minor repairs. Velia also suggested various options for the repairs needed based on her experience and expertise. Once the demolition and repairs were made, the installers began installing the luxury vinyl planks at such a mind-boggling pace. By lunch time, they were determined to finish the project in one day. They called for reinforcements and two more installers arrived. With four installers, they completed the entire project by late afternoon. I was thoroughly impressed by their efficiency, professionalism and expertise. Having an 80+ year old house, not every room has a level floor any longer. After a few days, I noticed some of the planks lifting and/or not settling correctly. I called Velia and immediately she contacted her installers. We scheduled a return visit for the installers for an inspection and necessary repair. They arrived and took care of the issues. We love our new floors! It's like a new house for us! We can't thank Velia and her team enough for the amazing work and dedication to satisfaction of their customers. I definitely recommend Jimenez Carpet and Flooring for your next project. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of work they do. Thank you, Velia and team!

They don't have prices posted on their items so I had to keep asking. Their recurring customers didn't have to bother with questions, they just came in and ordered. Their prices for flooring and molding are better than Home Depot. For that I recommend this business. They don't have a good selection of tile and what they do have Home Depot has better prices. I purchased the vinyl flooring, less expensive and thicker material than Home Depot. The base molding and door casings are less expensive here as well. I didn't purchase crown molding, but they sell it also. They also have free samples you can take home for any of their materials.

Like paint you can think something will look good and you'll never know until it's installed. I am glad I trusted James's instinct. His two staff floor installers were also some of the best I've seen. Prior to James I had a carpet installer at another place and the carpet ended up having rolls in it 1-2 years later. AND.. I also had a kitchen remodel where the flooring people allowed water to seep in and the floor was damaged a year later (but it was too late by then and I could not get it replaced). These are OTHER experiences I am comparing to so you understand HOW GOOD JAMES IS. To-date, the carpet on my stair well is still flawless (this is now years later).
