Hot dog at Chase Center
Mike C.

Been trying to figure out how to review the various food stands in Chase Center. I tried to post a review for one business and it was booted in the Chase Center business listing which just didn't seem right. As a result, I withheld from writing anything about the food stands until recently. The previous NBA season (2019-2020) also marked the opening of Chase Center. I remember that we didn't try this stand until a couple months into the season, late 2019 most likely. At that time, I tried their signature burger dog and was not impressed. Again, likely due to the hype and expectations, this just didn't wow me. After the arena reopened this fall, my friends and I have been venturing out more to try new and past dining spots. This stand happens to be right by my seat so when my friend wanted to their burger, I opted for their hot dog (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=_c99zWWZKNv-0eM1QneGlQ&userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q). With lowered expectations from the previous year, I really enjoyed this hot dog which was pretty sizeable, about 1.5 times the size of a Costco one. The kicker for me what the chewy texture of the meat's outer skin (grilled?) and the number of ingredients that garnished this. I didn't even need to add anything to it. Will probably return here later in the season to have another one and the French fries which may be from them or the neighboring Bakesdale Betty chicken stand. Currently, you may order from both menus at the order device.

Nice & Friendly Staff, worth the wait for tasty and affordable vegetarian breakfast tacos…read more In our usual stroll past the many booths at the ever expanding Outer Sunset Farmer's Market, we happened to run across this rather technically and oddly named taco stand -- "Basic Ingredients Solutions". Given that it was $6 for a breakfast taco, the price seemed reasonable for a prelude to a bigger meal elsewhere. You have a choice or either a chorizo or hash brown breakfast taco that comes with a flour tortilla, refried beans, scrambled egg and either the vegetarian chorizo or hash browns. Either way, it's topped with a spicy avocado salsa, I chose the chorizo which was tasty tender but a tad on the spicy side for me. I'll ask for it in a milder version next time! About a 5 minute as they cool things to order. Fresh tasty good breakfast taco! I'll be back again here..

The serving size is decent and the dumplings are great with the sauce they have. I got the lamb momo and it hit the spot. The food came out pretty fast, minimal wait. If you are looking for a light lunch or a snack then this is the place to go to.

I also love how quick the service is - I never have to wait more than a minute for my order! The food is also always pipping hot. My regular orders on rotation (I'd give them all 5 stars!): Chicken Momos ($14) - Comes in 8 pieces. The dumplings are large, flavorful, with the perfect skin-to-meat ratio. It is served with Bini's spicy tomato cilantro sauce on top; the sauce is delicious with just a slight/mild kick. Vegetarian Momos ($12) - Comes in 8 pieces. Vegan dumplings filled with tofu, carrots, & cabbage. Also served with the spicy tomato cilantro sauce on top. I love how clean yet tasty this is! Vegetarian Combo ($18) - Comes with 4 vegetarian momos and one veggie side served on top of fragrant basmati rice. For the sides, I love the Baigun Bharta, a tomato-based braised eggplant. It's saucey and pairs extremely well with the rice. The only reason I'd dock off half a star for this combo is the price. You can also mix and match the momos. For a more balanced meal, I request half chicken and half vegetarian ($14). Bini's also has a stand outside the Ferry Building every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. I'd like to give a shoutout to the Bini's servers at the Ferry Building - they're very generous & usually give me 9 pieces of momos whenever I ask for half chicken and half vegetarian (usually 4 chicken & 5 vegetarian).

The smash burger is all the talk around social media for years and it seems the traditional burgers are on the sideline. The smash burger is made usually on a cast iron skillet or a flat top griddle. There is a traditional burger place flame broiled their burgers. This is one of the rarest burger place in SF which opens at 7am and closes and midnight and also closes at 2am on Saturday. It's a good late night burger spot in SF for the party people and it's called the Hall of Flame Burgers. On a Summer stroll I landed in the cuts of Park Merced Shopping Center. Inside you won't find no Happy Meal but some of the meals can make you happy. You will see lots of paintings of San Francisco teams like the SF Giants and Warriors ( were the San Francisco Warriors before the Golden State Warriors). You will see a 49ers faithfully ( not recently with the owner) mural. I got Chili Davis burger named after the former SF Giants Chili Davis. It was cheesy and the chili was a bit messy it gave it a good flavor with a mix of a sloppy Joe and a charred cheeseburgers. The French fries were crispy and they weren't too salty like some in SF. Overall if you want a burger early late like the party people you can enjoy one at Hall of Flame. Get a burger fast" easypeasy" something without the hand lemon "squeezy"it is charred but isn't char "greasy "you add extra cheese if you want it "cheesy" This place has San Francisco sports team on the walls and the television being playing the "game "there burger is different than a smashburger it's not the "same"made on a different "frame"at the burger spot called the " Hall of Flame"
