Staff here were super friendly!! Told us which cookies to get and also wrapped them up in this nice pride ribbon . Inside was nice and very clean . Soon as you walk in it smells amazing
3 cheers for having a gluten free/vegan option that was really good. And warm. And soft. That just never happens. So thank you. I wish I could have the rest too!
Quick food service. Came here for my free Yelp cookie. The girls here seems unhappy or not welcoming. Didn't seem to want to be there working mood wise. Super clean lobby but the front counter but register need cleaning and organizing. Wish they had a bathroom.
The location was clean and the clerk was nice and friendly. We laughed and joked with her and she handed us these... the oatmeal raisin wasn't done at all. My husband put the chocolate chip ones in the oven. They were edible after then. But i was all around disappointed. We should have walked a little further for Insomnia.
Late night pit stop for some warm cookies! Staff was so friendly and energetic even close to closing time! The cookies were great good- the perfect balance of crunch with the chewy center. Cookies are a timeless late night snack- and this place has so many options.
Let me be frank, I drive from North County to the CWE to get these cookies. It's worth the drive and worth the price. Snickerdoodle and Chocolate Chip only in my box. They come to you warm and it's like having a bit of heaven. You will literally make the Mmmmm sound when you bite in. The location is bigger inside than it looks outside,, very clean with the awesome red and white interior design. Enjoy!

When I saw on Instagram this morning that they were premiering this product today--I have been waiting patiently for this announcement since I first heard that it was coming--I of course had to go. When I arrived, the super friendly employee told me that he put on a new batch for me and that I could wait 12 minutes to get them fresh out of the oven. Well, duh. I would have waited 62 minutes for that freshness, gooeyness, and warmth. The Gooey Louie Cookies had great flavor and were not too sweet. I liked how they were less fluffy that other gooey butter cake cookies that I have had, and the bottom had a nice brown. As per this employee, I ordered the 10th, 11th, and 12th Gooey Louie Cookies from the North Euclid location. I would have loved to been the first to order this, but I sadly had to work. If I don't work, I can't pay the baked good bills. I will 1,000,000% be back for more.
Pleasantly surprised with Hot Box Cookies. I came in late on a Saturday night while completing a night stroll with my dog, and had a craving for something sweet. They were kind enough to allow me to walk in with my dog. She's small, handheld and well-mannered. I ordered a half dozen of a variety of cookies and a pint of cookies and cream Oberweiss ice cream. The cookies and ice cream were all good.
Always a 5 star here. The cookies are to die for, nostalgic of my drunk college days- they are open until the butt crack of dawn and offer a wide selection of amazing warm, gooey cookies. Cookies and cream has always taken the cake for me. With oatmeal chocolate chip coming next. There's not one I wouldn't eat though, they're all good and you can't go wrong with any of them. The staff is always friendly and you can stay in, enjoy your cookies, and play a board game. 5 stars all the way. Value: 4/5 Cookies: 5/5 Service: 5/5
So good! They have mini and regular size cookies but the minis look like normal size lol. Lots of good options and they have premium flavors as well. We got the oatmeal raisin, chocolate chip, and chocolate white chocolate chip. We were going to save some for later but it was so good we ate all 3 immediately. Would definitely go back. read more

The cookies are fresh and good. The price is just a bit steep but that's just the time we are in. They have seating but I haven't seen anyone dining in. The service is decent and fast so you won't wait for your cookies which is good read more

Forget a co-workers birthday? Can't get out of the office to get a cake for the celebration? Don't worry, Hot Box Cookies will be your hero. They deliver and they even brought a small ballon, for the birthday honoree. Our box of cookies were still warm when they delivered them. Being a true Yelper, I had to block my co-workers from grabbing the delicious cookies, so I could get a photo first. We had a great variety, Peanut Butter, M&M, Chocolate Chunk, Oatmeal and White Chocolate Macadamia. There was something for everyone. I was amazed how fast they delivered after we placed our order. I wish my pizzas or Chinese could be delivered this fast. The delivery girl was perky and made our birthday girl feel special. Will I return? Only have had delivery, gotta go check out the shop. More like Cold Box Cookies I literally asked if they would be warm before I bought them, and they were not. They were cooled and when I asked the girl if she could warm them up for me she said " yeah, I can't do that" "Yeah", I won't be back here. Lol People don't realize service and quality go a long way. Since I've been in town I've gone to the same restaurant every night for dinner because of it. Sadly if I'm looking for dessert, I won't be coming here. $10 for 4 cold cookies and a water. "Yeah" I don't think so. Literally only ate the middle out of them because they were hard and cold. Yikes. read more

If I got high and got the munchies, I would be here in a heartbeat. This place blows insomnia cookies out of the water! We had a taste for cookies and decided to try this place out tonight. Best decision made! I placed an online order and this what makes me want to come back, I asked for warm cookies. They did not have to but BOOM the cookies was fresh out of oven. When I walked in, the cookies were coming out of the oven and the interior smelled great! The cookies were fire as well! I'll be coming back before I move to Greece! read more

Dropped by this gem on the way home from a day trip to ST. Louis. I was super pleased with the extra 20 minutes I drove out of the way for this! I ordered a box of chocolate chip cookies. They came out warm and gooey. The packaging is made to keep them warm. All 6 cookies were eaten within the hour lol. Great spot! read more
The smell aloneis captivating! Fresh baked cookies fill the air and force you to buy a box. The cookies are baked fresh and kept in a warmer until theyare packed into a box to go. The only thing they need is ice cold milk on tap! We ordered an assortment of a dozen cookies. I tried the chocolate chip first and it was fall apart warm and very good. Next was the oatmeal raisin, my go to, and it was amazing! Lastly was the peanut butter cookie. It was more mild flavored than any other peanut butter cookie I have eaten before. Super disappointing. I've developed a love of Insomnia Cookies lately and expected a similar experience and taste on my first visit to Hot Box. I was hoping for soft, moist cookies, but when I got home and opened the box of five, I wasn't impressed. I got a Snickerdoodle, two Chocolate Chip, a Monster, and a Cookies and Cream. The taste on all of them fell flat. Fairly dry and hard, they didn't taste freshly made. The service was fantastic. I wish I could say the same for the cookies. :( read more

Cookies are great. I may be addicted. Staff are friendly and store in CWE is always clean. The bathroom has been OUT OF ORDER for months. Gotta assume they don't want kids posting up for long periods of time. The WiFi is not available inside the store. read more

Hot Box is my guilty pleasure & its unfortunate that it's located so close to work because it's that much closer to temptation. My tradition for coming here starts w/ a long walk around the BJH/WashU campus during my lunch break ending at HB before heading back to work (gotta pay to play). I'm a sucker for their Reese's & plain PB cookies. I don't care so much that they come warm (anybody can use a microwave), but I love the flavor/texture/thickness. Their ice-cream sandwich is perfect for a warm summer day & is more than enough for two to share (just ask my coworker). Yelp check-in gets you a free cookie :-) read more
