The staff wasn't rude, but the overall attitude came across as unaccommodating and dismissive. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt like we were inconveniencing the restaurant simply by trying to order from the menu. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience from start to finish, and we won't be returning. With so many incredible restaurants in Amsterdam that are happy to serve what's on their menu and behind their bar, it's hard to recommend Sebastian.
