We came here on 5.19.25 on a whim and were very happy with our experience here. The place was super clean and our waiter invited us in warmly. He was quick to see how we were and patient as we perused the menu and considered our options. For a starter we split the kimchi pancakes, which were delicious. They weren't too greasy or too dry - these were moist and cooked well with just the right amount of kimchi flavor. I had the Hoshi Ramen with the chicken broth. The broth wasn't too salty, even being soy sauce-based. The noodles were a good portion, and the pork cutlets on top were perfectly cooked. The portion size over all was good. My lady ordered the Bulgogi Bowl and she loved it. The beef was a tad bit on the sweet side, sweeter than other bulgogi I have had, but still very tender and delicious. This bowl was also a good-sized portion. Hats off to the service from Chimi (?). He was friendly and helpful. We are delighted with our time here and looking forward to returning.

Nice bright open restaurant with amazing food and great service. Have been here a couple of times. Ramen in past and friends ramen this visit always top notch. Their broths are just some of the best we've ever had. This visit my wife and I shared the Cheese Tonkatsu for something different. If you like cheese, it is a great dish. While I prefer normal Tonkatsu, it's was still great. The cheese almost takes a little away from the dish. But would eat it again if offered. Friend rice with it was decent. We did not want the cabbage, our waiter offered a substitution since we didn't want cabbage. We ordered a berry Bingsu for desert. It's like a show cone, but absolute not a snow cone? You should get one. Based on this visit and previous visit, you can't go wrong with anything in the menu.

Great service from Landen today, although the only server on the floor he easily managed the needs of all tables. I had the Texan Ramen with Shoyu base and it didn't impress but it was still fine. Prices are equitable to other ramen in the area. The Curry Rice bowl was better than the ramen, I liked the depth of flavors there so next time I think I'll stick with the rice dishes. My only recommendation is for the hot tea. When ordering, patrons should be told that it's a tea bag and not real tea despite the cute kettle and cups. Overall this was a good lunch with great service and atmosphere. I was impressed how low the volume was for a restaurant 80% full. It made for easy conversation and added to the experience.

Seafood ramen. Slowly getting through the whole menu.

I have a problem, I am addicted to this place. The staff is super helpful with recommendations and has even recommended I try something new after my go to has been spicy tongkatsu. So I did. I tried the seafood ramen which was totally awesome. At one point there is so much goodness I wondered if I would get to the ramen. Eventually I did. The seafood ramen is chock full of the luxuries of the sea including squid, fish and scallops and a most generous portion. It's all good, tell your friends

Service is 10/10 at both locations so sweet and helpful. Food is also AMAZING. The karaage (regular) was absolutely insane! So delicious. The ramen is always so good too, can't got wrong. We get the fried pork dumplings every time because they're so flavorful. I got the tonkatsu and i'll definitely be getting it again as well. We also got desert and you can't go wrong with either green tea/matcha options if you're a matcha lover the mochi was very yummy. Also got the kirin ichiban beer. You get a chilled glass with it and it was also very yummy. This is a family favorite. You really can't go wrong here so many good options.

What a fun little gem in Keller! We stopped by after church as the pics of the food brought us in. We had an incredibly friendly and informative server, Alex. He walked us through the menu and some of the best combinations (as there is flexibility in flavor with your choices). My husband and I both ordered a ramen bowl - Texas and the Bulgogi Ramen. The regular bowls were enough for our early appetites. There were many options to choose from including a gluten free noodle option. The place had plenty of seating and was cute. We will come back for sure when our boys are with us.

I had a superb experience here! It's hard to find ramen places that I really like because ramen is often super oily- but I actually enjoyed the one I got! I got chicken stock as the base and it looks more intense and salty than it actually was. The staff were super kind too! I would recommend and thoroughly enjoyed my time here with my friends.

So glad to have such a tasty ramen option right here in Keller! The interior is impeccably clean and very well designed. It's definitely a more casual atmosphere, but perfect for meeting friends for dinner or lunch. Our server was great: very knowledgeable about the menu and didn't make us feel rushed. All three of us actually ordered the Texan Ramen with a Tonkatsu base and spicy by request. The broth was incredible and definitely hit the spicy notes. It was a good blend of spicy, but not so much so that you couldn't enjoy it. The ramen incorporated pork, chicken, and brisket, which I thought was a fun fusion of Texas and Japanese culture. This is easily some of the best ramen I've had in north Texas. My advice would be to go large with the ramen as we had a substantial amount and it only cost $2 more. We also started with some pork bao buns, which were also good, though the ramen was definitely the star. This will definitely become one of our regular spots!

No fuss - beautiful food - simple menu - clean restaurant that my family throughly enjoyed last night. There were a few pictures of the food options on the menu that helped enormously with my choices (and the pictures were labeled too - making it super simple to decipher). The fried edamame sticks on the appetizer menu were amazing! I had the Udon curry and was pleasantly surprised. The curry sauce was similar to the curry sauce that silly British people (like myself!) cover French fries in AND I asked and they said that they would sell the sauce separately (guess what I'll be doing next time!). My husband had the large Texan ramen and it was so big that he almost didn't finish it! On the flip side - the kids portions were smaller than I expected. However I am truly appreciative of the fact that there is ZERO mention of chicken nuggets and/or mac and cheese - (my pet peeve in most restaurants that these are normally the only offerings for small humans). Definitely will be back!!

Place is extremely nice on the inside. Easy menu to understand. Lots of options. Waiters know the menu really well and hellpled us order the right stuff.

Hoshi Ramen (Miso and Tonkatsu broths)

This restaurant proved to be a solid option for a bowl of good noodles. Service was friendly, albeit a bit slow, but likely due to how busy it was during lunch rush when our party arrived. I'm glad to see that they were busy, but the hustle and bustle may have thrown off a bit of the regular pace of bringing menus and taking orders at the time our party dined in for the recent opening. I have no doubt these will improve over time. Setup is cozy and the restaurant is clean. Hoshi Ramen - This ramen comes with your choice of broth (Tonkatsu, Miso, or Syoyu), corn, green onion, 2 slices of pork, and black mushrooms. Had the opportunity to try both the tonkatsu and miso variants, both were equally delicious and had a good amount of seasoning in it without overpowering the flavor of the broth itself. All ingredients were fresh. The pork chashu had a bit of chew to it, which I enjoyed. Overall a solid bowl of ramen. This restaurant does serve alcohol as well. Sake, beer, and even soju options were available. They also have rice and curry cutlet type options on the menu for those that aren't looking for noodles. Seems to be a nice place to stop by for just appetizers and alcohol as well. Round out your experience with a hot bowl of noodles if you'd like because it appears you can't go wrong with it.

    Korokke

I got the sweet and spicy soba and the korokke. My fiancé got the katsu curry. Everything was fantastic. Will definitely be coming back to try other items on the menu, it was difficult to choose!

Cute Shiba Inu cartoons on the wall

We were looking for a place to eat on Christmas & finally got a chance to try out Hoshi Ramen. We lost track of time & didn't make it there until 7:45 when they closed at 8PM. I told the waitress & owners we could take it to go or find something else if they wanted to go home bring it 15 minutes until closing on Christmas. They did not try to discourage us from dining at all despite having the place basically shut down. The service was great & so was the food. The portions were extremely generous! We got multiple ramen selections & chicken teriyaki bowl with dumplings. Our family can eat here with tip for roughly the same price as Five Guys or Chapps so I know what my preference will be . The decor was also awesome with some cute Shiba Inu cartoon dogs everywhere & clean Japanese aesthetics. Thanks for the fabulous food & hospitality so close to closing on Christmas! We will make this a regular spot for us!

The atmosphere was very clean and well maintained. I have two cons: They clean the tables themselves so a couple of tables still had plates on the when we arrived and when we left they still weren't picked up. The only other con was the menu is a little difficult to follow so you will probably have lots of questions while your ordering if your not familiar with this type of food. I just asked the cashier what her preference was when it came to soup base and choice of meal and she gave me some excellent picks.

Normally, that kind of thing would make me swear off a restaurant, but since we'd never had an issue before, and because mistakes do happen, I decided to give them another chance. I'm glad I did. The food is genuinely good. The Hoshi Ramen and Chicken Fried Rice are my go-tos, and both always taste fresh and satisfying. The interior feels clean. One small mishap aside, this place continues to be a solid choice when in the area.

The place was empty when we we came, 530p on a Wednesday. Took a seat and were waited on immediately (obviously) and browsed the menu. They had several "special" rolls and then their standard options too, but I'm talking at least 40 different options...so we took our time. We started with a 2025 roll and a Hawaii roll. Both had about 7-8 pieces and were decent size. Not super big and not small, definitely fair for the price. Both were really, really good, and more importantly, tasted fresh! We added a 2020 roll as a finisher and it too was really good. A few other people showed up during our dinner. They have good lounge, house music playing and its very clean inside. We'll definitely be back soon. Price, quality, service are all excellent. This place is closed on Mondays.

I ran across Little Lily Sushi Too and decided to give it a try. I ordered the Tuna Tower, spicy tuna roll, the chicken kaarage appetizer and a miso soup (to go). I was greeted warmly upon entering, and my food was prepared quickly and packaged securely. It's the only time I've ordered a Tuna Tower (from any sushi restaurant in the last 4 years) that remained intact and beautifully presented when I unpacked my order. Everything was delicious and prepared with skill and care. I love the flavor of the lump crab in the tuna tower (most places use imitation crab, which is tasty, but is less refined tasting than what I ordered today). The spicy tuna roll definitely had a bit of a "kick", in a good way. And not a mayo-based spicy tuna. The chicken kaarage was very tasty, though it lost a little bit of the crunchy batter texture from the drive back to my home. But very flavorful, and the chicken was tender and juicy. The miso soup had a richness to the flavor...very comforting for a cold evening. I'm glad I found this gem in the Keller area! I'm looking forward to trying some of their other menu items in the future.

Atmosphere is cute, definitely nice for a date night with the ambient lighting and cute floral decor. The food was a huge win for us along with the LARGE beer glasses that come out nice and frosted (ask for the coldest glasses). We enjoyed the octopus salad, chicken kaarage, some fried fish that came on the house, super philidelphia roll, crawfish roll, softshell crab, chicken katsu don, and salmon skin handroll. Everything was really great quality and quantity. My top favorites for the night were the octopus salad, a great combonation of seaweed salad, octopus, and cucumber salad. Extremely flavorful and a great way to start the night. The chicken kaarage was beautifully battered, not too heavy and very well seasoned, pairing well with the sauce that accompanied it. The soft shell crab... was one of the best I've had in DFW! I honestly was tempted to order more because it was nicely fried (seriously a great batter) and the light sauce helped amplify the flavor of the crab. Yummmm! The salmon skin handroll was tasty and crunchy with a nice balance of flavor. I think the key is making sure you eat from the sides and have a bit of the center with each bite, since the sauce is centralized there. If not I can see it being too salty for some. Overall we really enjoyed our meal here and plan on returning with friends!

We love sushi and ramen/asian type food. Well, this place was a HUGE disappointment. My husband ordered the beef ramen. The broth tasted off and the beef had no flavor and was WAY overcooked and rubbery. He had one bite/sip of all of it and was done. My son had the sushi. You can see how much he ate of it. The inside of one of the rolls was hard (shrimp) and the meat on the other one was not cooked right and tasted horrible. The worst part is that the employees could care less. One of them came over and asked if we wanted our ramen to go when clearly it hadn't been eaten. I said, "no thank you. My husband didn't like it." He just turned around and walked off. Then when the bill came a different server came over and asked if we wanted to go boxes. We said no, we didn't like any of the food. He looked puzzled, said nothing, and walked away waiting for us to pay. We did not want our meal for free but would've appreciated someone asking if we even liked the food since clearly we didn't eat it. But no, we payed our $100 and left. And we will never be back.
