What he actually found is that this is the last gas for over 70 miles so we had to turn around and head back here to fill up. That explains why the price here is higher than the surrounding area... You pretty much have to stop here if you need gas in the area. I went inside to use the restroom and I cannot speak to the men's room because there were big yellow cones around it and signs saying it was shut down , but the lady's room was absolutely disgusting. Open garbages with used feminine hygiene products visible, incredibly dirty, toilet paper all over the floor, etc. I will say that when I walked out, the lady behind the counter was nice and seemed genuinely friendly, if not overwhelmed. Still, if you have the gas to make it to the next station, I suggest you keep on pushing.

The cashier was stocking items when I walked in yet didn't say hi or smile at me. He was rather methodical checking me out with three large Seven Select PURE waters ($2.49 each or 2 for $3.50). I would have picked up some burritos to go, but the food already looked hours old plus whoever was working back there never came to see me at that counter.
