Wow!!! My wife just got home from the United at 98th and Quaker. She had a sacker named Adam. He not only filled the sacks to the point the handles would not support the weight, he also put canned goods and glass products on top of delicate items such as fruits, vegetables, chips and cookies. When my wife asked him not to do that, his response was..."Hey, i've been sacking for three days now. I know what i'm doing". She replied with "Shouldn't you listen to what the customer wants?" Even the cashier Summer was shocked. Not only was this boy poorly trained, he was rude and childish. His behavior did not improve when he stacked heavy sacks on top of other sacks in the basket. We usually have good service from this store but Adam certainly does not represent this store well. It's too bad because we have been going there since it opened and really do not want to go to Wal-mart. Please United, supervise these employees. We spend at least $400 every time we shop and would like you to value our dollars as much as we do. What if he acts this way toward an elderly woman that won't stand up for herself. He really needs to realize that we the customers are the ones paying his paycheck. read more
