Allsup's Convenience Stores No 188 which is now "Hop In" in Brownfield, TX made for a good fuel stop on April 25, 2026. The Conoco pump I used worked quickly. Prices were as follows: Diesel = $4.65 Regular Unleaded = $3.50 Plus = $4.00 Premium = $4.44 Easy to get in and out. The convenience shop on the premises sells ice, Hunt Brothers Pizza ("all toppings at no extra charge"), Blue Bell ice cream, cigarettes... I mean, come on. They have it all. read more

A short Spanish young girl works here and is always angry,I understand it's somewhat busy at times but when you have placed an order thirty minutes before arriving only to find out they're not ready, then to get an ear full of excuses with a terribly bad attitude doesn't meet the grade. Let get people hired that can meet this criteria.what a bad person this is and must get replaced. read more

The best damn chimmy chongas I ever had. I actually came down from Chicago to Abernathy tx to visit my family and my aunt lives right next to al sups. Right when I got there, everyone was like "have you tried the chimmy chongas?" I've only tried the corn ones which are pretty gross but these ones are deep fried and hot and ready. They are just amazing. Don't forget your hot sauce and don't just buy one chimmy. You'll regret you didn't get the second one. read more

I really liked the gas station at this Yesway in Brownfield, TX…read more My daughter and I made a pitstop for fuel only here on May 19, 2026. The Jeep was thirsty after being slung around by the wind on our way to Lubbock. Valero prices were as follows: Diesel = $4.94 Regular unleaded = $4.00 Plus = $4.50 Premium = $4.80 Pre-paying and pumping was fast. Nice, spacious pump stations with the extra tall canopy towering above - just wish they'd wipe them (keypads, fuel start buttons, handles, etc.) down often. Trucks and trailers seemed to maneuver in and out easily here. Trash cans were nearby so the kid could get rid of all her backseat mess.

All DG cashiers rush the checkout process, not giving you enough time to enter your phone number for coupons, etc. This is no different with this Lubbock, TX location. The store was mostly clean & organized. The big drawback was a semi that was backing up towards my Jeep while it was parked. His front tires were digging holes in their landscaped grassy area. Not sure if he was a rookie, but he sure had a hard time getting out of there.
