Not normally a reviewer of gas stations, but fair warning to my fellow travelers - this station isn't as nice as it looks. NONE of the many squeegee buckets had any water, let alone actual window cleaner. I was going to buy an energy drink, but after getting gas I felt that I'd given them enough of my money. read more

Roxanne was the employee who was very rude, I went in there t purchase a drink first of all I want to notate that this store never has plastic cups. I have been a customer for years which all other stores honor the $.99 drink special if you are a rewards member which I am, they never have plastic cups to honor the reward so she was very rude and did not want to order my drink special. on the cup it cup it clearly states big gulp!!!!! Clearly management needs to have a meeting with employees over courtesy to customers I will never again be going to the store or location again!!!!!! read more

We stopped here to gas up on our move from Las Vegas to Austin. I was told by my friends back home that it changed from the beloved Town & Country food stores to "Stripes" what the...? so we stopped by and I told my cranky man hey, I'll go in and buy you a chimichanga like we used to share back in san angelo by the lake, he got so happy with the little twinkle in his eye.. and NOPE. no chimichangas. ... we walked away sad about this. ah well what can you do but wait to eat dinner in Abilene. read more

On 10/6/19 in the morning I was trying to get a soft drink. The drink was coming out clear when it should be yellow. I asked the cashier to check it. When I asked again, the cashier said "she checked it, it is hooked up". It was still coming out clear. Poor customer service. read more

I wouldn't normally write a review on a convenience store, but felt this particular one deserves to be an exception. As I pulled in the station I noticed that a couple of the pumps were out of order. Ok, no problem I will just pull around to the next row. Oh wait this row is out of order as well. After five minutes of jockeying around and a couple of near misses with the other circling cars I finally found my opportunity at one of the remaining half of the pumps that weren't out of order. I understand things happen, but it seems a bit odd that half the pumps at a large gas station could all be out of order at the same time. As I step out of the car I find myself standing in the middle of a very large grease/ dirt spot. As it turns out the entire gas pumping area was completely filthy and there was nowhere to step or stand without being in the middle of a spilled gas or grease spot. It's a gas station so I understand things happen and that pavement can be expected to have some dirty spots, but this place looks as though it has not been cleaned in forever. To make matters worse the handle on the gas pump was filthy and left my hands covered in an oily mess. I would've grabbed a paper towel from the dispenser on the island except to my great surprise the paper towels were all out. It was probably just as well because the garbage cans were all heaped up a foot above the top and overflowing onto the ground so there wouldn't have been anywhere to dispense my paper towel anyway. As my gas was pumping I went to wash the windshield that was filthy from the drive across the West TX frontier, but surprise again, all of the wash basins were empty. I did not make it into the store, but if the pump area was any indication, I am sure it wasn't good either. I am guessing this wouldn't be a good spot for a restroom stop. If you don't absolutely have to stop here for fuel I would suggest looking for another place. read more

This place is a regular sh@& hole! Rude workers who smack food in your face as they are grumbling and talking. They do not accept the Stripes discount card and will certainly tell you that as rudely as possible. They "don't care" if you buy fuel there or not, nor do they care if you take business elsewhere. Stay away! read more

Why don't I check yelp first?!?! Jared reviewed this place almost exactly a year ago, and although we didn't get gas, the station was still a disaster outside and in. The trash cans outside were overflowing which brought bees, and the ladies bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Trash all over the floor, dirty, nasty. I would have to question eating anything from here even if my life depended on it. read more

Waited 15 mins for them to clean the women's bathroom and then when they were done my husband had to wait additional 15 mins for them to clean the men's bathroom. Sections of the parking lot was zoned off with cones because it needed to be repaired, this caused lots of drivers frustrated trying to get in and out of there. read more

Busy station so be mindful of traffic. It is a Philips 66 Gas station. The bathrooms were eh.... The Icees were ick....my mom said it was worst she ever had. They were really watered down and lacked flavor. The food looked really questionable and gastricably problematic. read more
